Family vacation

The condo was great, spacious living area, had all of the needed kitchen amenities, short walk to the beach, and having a pool to jump into after the beach was awesome.

Wondeful

We had a wonderful family vacation! The owners communicated very well and the location was absolutely amazing! We truly enjoyed the 2 min walk to a non crowded beach! Also, easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants and ice cream each night was perfect for our family!

Exactly what we wanted. Great location and nice layout at the condo. It’s a bit dated but well stocked and comfortable.

Rejuvenated

The condo was just what we wanted. Just a short walk and you’re on the beautiful white sands of Bradenton Beach. Wonderful restaurants are within steps of Condo would stay again.

Beach vibes

It was great! Property minutes from beach and trolley. Rented a go cart so fun . Easy to get around island. Property very centrally located. Could walk around. Property clean, nice and roomy. Loved all the windows. Great views. Nice having our own bedroom and bathroom

Excellent Vacation!

Nine nights in paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Anna Maria Island. Excellent location, walking distance to everything we wanted, parking spot was helpful for the vehicle. We are familiar with the island as we have vacationed here for many years. The property had everything we wanted for a great nine days. Linda was very communicative and made the whole process very easy. Thank you!

No Frills Gem

My husband and I visited the island with our three children (ages 3, 9 and 11). The location is perfect, everything is clean but dated. Beds weren’t super comfortable but for the price it was definitely worth it. Just across the street from the beach and up a minute or two to both Gulf Drive Cafe and Wicked Cantina we enjoyed the convenience. It was also VERY helpful to have the hose spigot at the parking spot to rinse all of our beach gear (and the kids) off before heading upstairs.

Too many stairs and uncomfortable beds

We climbed the 4 flights of stairs to the second floor unit to find it was not cleaned before we arrived. We messaged the owner who said she would contact property manager. I spent the afternoon RE-washing the sheets and towels that were left in the washer and dryer for likely days/weeks (very musty), wiping food debris off counters, tables, refrigerator. On 3rd day cleaner rep arrived and offered to clean (but I already did). The unit is 2nd floor over a parking garage so there are lots of stairs so keep in mind hauling anything heavy or if you have bad knees. The trolley does not stop in front of the unit. It’s across the main street from Building A. This is building D, close to the bay side not ocean. Just be prepared to walk. The unit needs updating, beds are not comfortable, ceiling fan in Primary Bedroom is stuck on very low setting. Carpets not vacuumed and outdoor furniture dirty with black dust (that I cleaned off). Best thing going for it is the size and short distance to bridge street but not having a true property manager close by, only a long distance owner made the experience disappointing especially for the price paid. I wouldn’t rent this one again.

Mid-May we received several emails requesting a list of kitchen and bathroom!! appliances and utensils. How many toilet rolls, size of pots and pans etc etc. On the day of arrival at around 11am we received a request for an early check-in. Unfortunately we agreed to this request without getting confirmation that the Condo inspection had been completed. 10 minutes after the guest arrived we were sent emails and photos which depicted a crumb in the fridge, grains of salt on the kitchen table, and a watermark on the coffee table all of which she had cleaned up and we thanked her and apologised. These issues would have been dealt with upon inspection and the offer to fine-tune the cleaning of the Condo was turned down by the guests who did not want to be disturbed. Patio Furniture is cleaned but the Florida weather can move in quickly and deposit more black dust in a short time. Regrettably, we cannot control the weather. The comment on the beds is a complete mystery as the mattresses are relatively new.

Not what we would have expected.

First location was great. However, several items were disappointing. The closet light in the frt bedroom didn’t work, there were only two half rolls of toilet paper, no dish towels or soap, two wash clothes for six guest, the sheets for the pullout bed did not fit and had sand in them. Finally the furniture was old, dirty and stained.

We are very sorry for the cleaning issues you experienced. Unfortunately, we we not notified so it was not resolved. We did get an email just saying there was a shortage of washcloths (sent to us on 13 June). We always do our utmost to ensure our guests are happy and if issues do occur, we remedy the situation straight away. The first we heard of this situation was on 9 July, almost a month after the guest's visit. We contacted our agent. A Paradise on 9 July to investigate the complaint. We pay our agent to inspect our condo after cleaning and before the next guest arrives to ensure against this sort of situation. Something clearly went amiss on this occasion. Be assured that everything has been carried out to bring our cleaning standard back up to how it has always been. Thank you again for staying with us, we appreciate your business and hope you will give us another try again!

Perfect location- no car needed!

We loved our week stay in AMI. There were two of us so we had plenty of room. You could easily fit more people. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony. We did not rent a car and did not need one! The condo is a short walk to both the beach and the restaurants and shops on Bridge St. The beach was never crowded and it was great to have the Kokonut Hut there for an afternoon drink or sunset watching. We also walked over the bridge to Cortez for lunch one day which was not too far. The free trolley made it easy to get around. The condo was clean and Glen was very easy to work with. We did not use the pool as the Gulf was beautiful all week. We even saw manatees and dolphins! One small note is the beach chairs are in need of replacing so you may wish to bring your own. We can’t wait to go back and would definitely stay here again!
