Glad that our cleaner's efforts to maintain it are not in vain. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the ice maker. It was not a known issue prior to your arrival, and we regret any inconvenience it may have caused. We want to inform you that the ice maker has been repaired and is now in working order; we apologize you could not enjoy it during your stay. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the provision of written information in the unit. We have taken your feedback seriously and implemented a comprehensive folder that includes check-in and check-out information. As for the Wi-Fi password, this goes along with the codes that we sent via email 48hrs before your arrival date. We understand your feedback regarding the decor and seating in the living room. We apologize if the sectional was not as comfortable as expected. We had to remove some chairs due to damage caused by a previous guest, and we are in the process of replacing them.
