The weather was great! The listing was accurate. Could use a little TLC, but for my sister and I and our plan to hike the trails and rent an ATV and see the Smoky Mountains....it was perfect.

My family (5 of us) absolutely loved this location. Be prepared for the mountain road, but the views are worth every second! The rental was exceptionally clean, had every necessity, offered cable and wifi, and the a/c worked perfectly. It has to be cold when I sleep. The process to book, check in, communicate, and check out was efficient and easy. I adored everything about this trip and would 100% recommend and stay again.

Great location up the Mountain! Close to the upper Tram station that takes you into Gatlinburg! Comfortable beds, and all appliances in great shape. Would definitely book again. Great for 2 couples!

Overall stay was great, host was very responsive and quick to fix any issues, downfall was TVs in bedrooms not working and air conditioning didn’t work upon arrival but host was quick to fix, recommend to anyone in the future

The mountain views were pretty. This condo needs some major TLC for maintenance. A/C did not work the last night, 2 of the TV's has issues along with a toilet. This condo is in need of some attention with updates.

The property didn’t have an elevator but included it in the description. The air conditioner had to be repaired as soon as we arrived. We only ended up staying here 1 night because the lack of elevator was a deal breaker for us but the longer we stayed the more cleanliness issues we noticed. The view was the only really good part.

Host had great communication ,Main room tv did not work which was a bummer. a big complaint I had was how loud the upstairs neighbors were ALL NIGHT, but there’s not much you can do about upstairs neighbors in a complex like this.
