The house was very modern, spacious, well-stocked and clean. My family of five fit very comfortably for the nine days we were there. The house is very conveniently located and the neighborhood is great. There are downstairs neighbors and it was very easy to hear them. Noise carried very easily in the house. That wouldn't keep me from staying here (I would definitely stay here again) but something to consider.

Great Place for Large Group

Great house to stay with our large group visiting family in the area. They had equipment for our 1 year old to make travel easy and all the amenities we needed to make meals and enjoy our stay.

This home is immaculate and very well equipped. We had 8 adults at the house and it was extremely comfortable and spacious, filled with thoughtful touches. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Early Christmas gathering

We loved the house. It was spacious clean and perfect for a group together. The bedroom downstairs was perfect for my mother to stay in. Super cozy and enjoyable.

Beautiful Place

This was a wonderful place for long time friends to gather, mourn the loss and celebrate the life of our dear friend. The house was very clean and kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook and eat in if desired.

Excellent spot in North Seattle!

Awesome, amazing house with all amenities. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location to downtown. The street parking can be annoying but there was usually a convenient spot and it felt safe there. Would stay there again!

First off they lied about the amount of stairs that had to be accessed. I specifically asked them about stairs because my mother has a hard time with stairs. They said that there was a set of stairs to get into the building and then once in there was another set of stairs to the right to access the unit, they said those were the only stairs and all the rooms and everything were on the same level. That was determined to be a lie, In order to access the other two bedrooms we had to climb the staircase to heaven. So everything was not on the same floor as they said and they ied about the amount of stairs. Them they say quite time is between ten and six and respect the the neighbors/neighborhood, it is overwhelming with the amount of homeless people in the area that is all you see when looking out of the windows. They had a sponge in the kitchen that looked as if someone was cleaning their car tires with it, food stuck in the corner of the kitchen sink. When going into the master bathroom there was urine spots all over the toilet, the bath towels were black and hair literally stuck in the bathroom sinks and the mater bathroom bathtub. Think twice before booking this unit. Also, there are two beds that are very low to the ground the one downstairs and one upstairs.

Beautiful property! Everything you could possibly ask for. And property management team great. They don’t even ask you to do your laundry like other companies. Highly recommend this property AND VRBO!

Beautiful property

The house is exactly as described - high-quality, spacious, extremely comfortable and well appointed. We were four adults travelling for recreation purposes at Green Lake. The house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood; restaurants are within 15-20 min walking distance, and downtown Seattle is close enough to drive or Uber for evenings out. Will definitely book when we’re back in the area.

Clean and spacious house. Good for a family visit.

Owners thoughtfully left many conveniences that allow your grocery bill to be lower! Tea, coffee, creamer, sugar. Shampoo, crème rinse, body wash in all showers. A hair dryer in master. Extra TP and paper towels, and trash bags. Also left washer detergent for dishes and clothes.

Very nice house in a good location

House is a new build in an older neighborhood. Couple a blocks from the E Line which can get you downtown in about 25 minutes. Walkable from the greenwood neighborhood which we ended most nights in before heading back to the house. This is a duplex unit with folks possibly staying below you and the house is not sound proof. Just something to be aware of. Very clean, comfortable beds, big kitchen. Worked out great for us.

Spacious and nice!!

The property was well maintained very spacious and included most of the amenities needed. Seven of us stayed for a week and had plenty of room. The immediate neighborhood was ok but just a few blocks a way there was evidence of open prostitution. The tv is in such a position that there is glare from kitchen and bar lights in the evening and glare from dining room windows during the day. Also a problem of having to be pretty quiet from 10pm to 7am. Which can be a little difficult with 7 people and several local family visiting. All in all though, this is a very nice unit. Particularly for guests who are going to be out and about a lot and not spending long periods in the unit. Bedrooms were all comfortable and nice sized. Kitchen pretty well equipped. The negatives listed here are for helpful info for the owners and meant for their edification. Finally it is well positioned for people who want to visit local attractions. Most attractions are fairly close and relatively easy to get to.

Beautiful home. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Nice updated bathrooms. Convenient location however, not in the best neighborhood. We saw street workers and active drug use only blocks from the home. But we were really only home to shower sleep and then headed out again. So, once we were in the home, we felt safe and really enjoyed our stay! The checkin process was easy and parking wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was new and recently updated. We were surprised how well each AC unit worked to cool the home. We loved the home set up and enjoyed our trip.

This house sleeps 8 and is very spacious. There were some maintenance issues in the upstairs bathroom that could’ve been attended to prior to our check in. Some spare towels in drawer had stains. We were there for my daughter’s graduation. Who lives a couple blocks away so we vrbo this house for the proximity. The biggest negative I took and might reconsider using this place, is the rule for visiting guests and noise hours. We were asked to respect the tenants below and perhaps utilize the upstairs. All upstairs are bedrooms. We were out all day and came back to watch the end of fifa match. Nevertheless, trying to tip toe or not walk around as much at this place after 10pm was probably an unreasonable ask for the space. The biggest positive for this property is it is new and modern and comfortable living space for 8 people.
