Dear Nancy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We're delighted to hear that our home provided a comfortable space for your family during the wedding weekend and that you found the location and essentials provided to your liking. We would like to address your concerns about cleanliness. Please be assured that we take the upkeep of our property very seriously. Our carpets are professionally cleaned every two to four weeks to ensure a pristine environment for our guests. We understand how important a clean and welcoming space is, and we strive to maintain high standards. Regarding the items found under the bed, we sincerely apologize for this oversight. Our cleaning team works diligently to clean every inch of the 10,000 sq ft house, but it seems we fell short in this instance. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will reinforce our cleaning protocols to prevent such occurrences in the future. Additionally, we would like to remind our guests that our cleaners are available at an hour's notice anytime during your stay. We wish this had been reported earlier, as we would have promptly addressed the issue to ensure your utmost comfort and satisfaction. Your comments about the artwork are noted. While the art in our home is indeed more simplistic and not comparable to a Venetian mansion, we hope it adds a personal and cozy touch to the space. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide a more flawless experience. Warm regards, Brajesh Kumar
