Everything was great. No wait at elevators, great parking, and the condo was excellent. The beds were really comfortable and everything was as advertised. Great communication with Marsha. She was very helpful and answered every question promptly.

Beautiful condo in the heart of PCB. The luxury decor and breathtaking views made my family's stay on another level! The condo is conveniently located near one-stop shopping (Walmart is literally around the corner), amazing beachfront restaurants (Runaway Island & Harpoon Harry's are faves) and loads of entertainment! Thank you to our host for the time, care and detail that you put into making us comfortable!! We will not forget it and will certainly be back MH

The condo was amazing. Marsha was great to work with and very quick to respond to any question I had. We loved the place and would definitely stay here again. The views are great.

Wonderful time

We went on a last minute vacation. Marsha was able to accommodate us and she is a wonderful person. Her condo is fabulous and everything about it. We will be back and would highly recommend her property.

Great!!!

The condo was beautiful and the location of the condo was perfect. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and that was mostly due to how much detail and attention the property owner gave to the condo itself and to us in order to make sure we were taking care of and had the best experience possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Family vacation July 2020.

Marisol is a very good place to stay. The location, beach, water, activities, and pretty much everything you want out of a vacation can be found here. We had issues with our loud neighbors urinating outside of our condo door and Marsha (along with her management team) secured their eviction. The on-site security cameras were very helpful with accomplishing this!

This was the FIRST time in 11 years that I’ve owned my condo that we had “neighbors” removed from the property, thank goodness! Thank you for being super nice guests. Safe travels home! 🌴😎🙏

Very Nice

My only complaint is the cable tv channels and the set up and not enough parking . Our condo was Excellent , I would stay again for sure , and the Owner of the condo communicated very well , she deserve 5 stars 👍👍

As far as parking goes we’re very fortunate to have a spot right at the front door and another one literally, a one minute walk from the front door. Also when big groups come and they bring more than two cars, we have great city parking one block from the condo, which is awesome!! I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Come back and see us soon!🏖️🌸

Nice condo but not a good place for children. Too much glitter and glass for a beach condo. Prefer beach decor when I’m at the beach and things I’m not afraid will get broken by children or adults. We did have a good time at the beach.

While our condo leans more toward glamorous and modern with touches of sparkle, many of our guests find it to be a fun, upscale escape that adds to the vacation experience. Beautiful decorated property

The condo was beautifully decorated and located in an area close to all our favorite restaurants. Marsha was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our questions. The reserved parking directly in front of the entrance was an added plus. Unlike other places, the elevators were usually open and waiting for us on the ground floor. No long waits like many other complexes. We will definitely put this on the list of places to visit again in the future.

Wonderful Condo in Panama City Beach

We stayed at Marsha's beachside condo for my in-laws 50th anniversary. Marsha the owner has done a wonderful job creating a luxurious experience overlooking the Gulf! Her condo is an end unit and is well stocked for everything you need for entertaining there or tidying up for a night out. There are only 5-6 units per floor so not overly crowded and you’re not waiting for an elevator. Wave runner, paddle board rental and banana boat rides all right there beachside of the condo. During the beach off hours we caught pompano and permit right from the beach. We also enjoyed the nightlife and wealth of great dining options in the area. Marsha was very prompt with responses and answering questions. Highly recommend Marsha’s place for your stay in Panama City Beach!

Excellent Gulf Front unit

The unit itself is excellent. I believe it is more than likely the nicest unit in the building. We joyed our vacation their very much. Marsha was very easy to work with on a short notice rental. The unit itself the dryer was slow and a ice maker in the door would have been nice. It would have been nice to have keys to unit, everything was a code. Unit, lobby,pool and beach. Location is great. Chairs with the unit would have nice extra expense for high end unit. We would highly recommend this unit. It was very clean and ready for us upon arrival.

You can certainly see how lovely this spacious condo is from the photos, although it's even more gorgeous in person. One thing you can't appreciate from photos is how incredibly comfortable the beds are. Everyone in our party of six raved about how well they slept every night. The view is terrific, the location is very convenient to shopping, dining, and entertainment, and Marsha, the owner is extremely responsive and accessibleThis is a by far the best place we have ever stayed in Panama City. We give it our most hearty recommendation.

Best owner, best place to stay!The owner is so easy to work with and kind. The unit is clean, beautiful, large and the kitchen was fully stocked! There was even a crock pot, electric can opener, mini fridge, and nearly anything else you could need. The jacuzzi tubs were actually clean and could be used without being disgusted. Marisol as a complex is also amazing! No wait for an elevator, no crowd on the beach, clean common areas and the HOA property manager was phenomenal. We had a family emergency while we were there, the property manager and Marsha went over and above to accommodate and care for us like we were family. I’d also like to mention that we did not have any parking issues at all during our stay, so many reviews mentioned parking problems - it was busy while we were there and we didn’t have any trouble. We cannot give enough stars!

Great. Family Time

Location of unit was ideal and property was well maintained. Beach was great with jet skiing, parasailing and banana boats available right on site.
