Our stay was wonderful! The property was perfect. I traveled with 5 wonderful friends who were with me and by my husbands side whe he was on hospice. The view was beautiful. My guests were comfortable. We had an amazing week!

Very easy to communicate with Susan, and if you have an issue, she resolves it fast. Great access to the lake and the house was roomy. So glad it was dog friendly as we had our fur babies with us. Jacuzzi was nice in the evening… I recommend this place

We had the best time for Mother’s Day weekend!! Very quiet, clean, great location. We caught so many fish right off the dock! Our pup, Oakley and our two kids had the best time. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we could have needed and more during our stay. The house is literally a perfect getaway and the lake is amazing with great views. We cannot wait to come back!!

What a beautiful place to get away and relax and enjoy the lake. Our host Susan was so welcoming and super nice! Our family and best friends were there to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday! While the weather was not ideal, the guys enjoyed fishing and we enjoyed the gire inside.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it is the best house for our very large family when visiting from Utah. Plenty of space, located on the best part of the lake and always clean. We will be back next year for sure.

Best place to stay in the Clearlake area

Our second time staying. Best place to stay in the area. We come often for fishing tournaments and will try to stay here every time. Highly recommended

Amazing! Can't wait to rent again!

The property is beautiful and has just about everything that you can think of. The dock is great and the private beach is perfect for the dogs. We can't wait to come back next year but definitely for a week or more!

Perfect weekend getaway

Great location at Clear Lake and provided amazing views of the lake and the foothills. The property is very well maintained - the fire pits and hot tub were great to use. The home is in a quiet area, and the property owners were very responsive and professional - thank you for everything!

This house is lovely. Ample parking space, sleeping space, a quaint backyard, and direct access to the lake. A great spot to getaway for the weekend and unwind.

Fun at Clear Lake

We had a great time at Clear Lake. The dock was a lot of fun and a great place to swim, paddle board, canoe, and kayak. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed barbecuing and cooking over the campfire. The hot tub was very relaxing, too.

Perfect Getaway

The place was beautiful! Plenty of room for all guests. Loved the fenced backyard for the dogs! Yard size was great for games. The dock available was great for those who fished. The beach area was awesome!! Would definitely reserve and stay again. Awesome!

Wonderful house on the lake

Check in was super easy and the house was immaculate! We loved the dock and spent hours out there swimming, boating, fishing and camping laying cards. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and well appointed kitchen. There was plenty of room to accommodate the two families and keep the kids happy. We had such a relaxing vacation and can’t wait to go back!

Hosts were the greatest, home was lovely with nearly everything you would need. Foos ball, horseshoes, barbecue, fire pits, private dock with chairs and tables, table games, close to water sport rental, My family all enjoyed it from 70 to 7 years, Great getaway!!

We rented this vacation home for a mini-family reunion/celebration of life & internment for my Grandma at the family cemetery in Upper Lake. There were six of us with the rest of the family (16 people) right down the road in two more vacation homes. We were glad to be at the Sunset Beach House as its location is wonderful, private, and quiet with lake views. There is a private dock, kayak and canoe available for use. The house is well-appointed and spacious. The fully fenced backyard has horseshoes and a fire pit! We enjoyed making meals each day and playing cards and games around the large kitchen table. We liked our time so much, we are planning our next trip here! Susan, our host, was kind and informative - and just happened to meet us when we arrived to ensure the oven racks were clean - thanks, Susan!

Christmas Getaway

It was a great house for our Christmas vacation! We were welcomed by a tray of hot cocoa mix, candies & a bottle of wine! Susan did a great job decorating the house for Christmas! The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room on the inside of the house & backyard was great for the dogs!
