That said, we’re sorry to hear that a few aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. The shower drain you reported was unclogged within hours, and we appreciate you reaching out so we could address it promptly. The cabinet door in the master bath, which simply needed a new screw, was noted by housekeeping after your departure and has since been repaired. Had we been made aware of it during your stay—as with any other concerns—we would have resolved it right away as we did with the shower drain. Regarding the patio slider lock, we discussed this with you during your visit, and you mentioned it wasn’t an inconvenience and could wait until after departure. As it’s part of a hurricane-rated system, we brought in a door specialist who has now completed the repair. The dryer has been checked and is functioning properly. Please note that large or heavy loads—especially towels—can take extra time to dry, even on high heat settings. This home is a guest favorite, and your experience is certainly not reflective of our usual standard. We take great pride in maintaining a clean, well-functioning, and comfortable environment. We always encourage guests to notify us right away of any issues or oversights so we can correct them immediately. It’s important to us that all guests feel cared for during their stay, and we truly value the opportunity to make things right in real time. Hi Cara, I wish you would have reached out to us regarding the blankets and pillows for the sofa sleeper. The pillows and blanket are kept in the closet on the top shelf. If they were not in the closet, I could have had housekeeping run those over to you ASAP. We do understand that there were issues with the TV/Cable during your weekend stay. Technical issues happen and are out of our control. On our smart TVs, we don't have accounts created for all the apps available, but we do have the most common apps that you can log into your own accounts if you're looking for something special to watch. The good news is we do have a beautiful restaurant/sports bar with a big screen, as well as many other local sport facilities close to the resort; so any important game/program can be watched. We did get a technician there on Monday to correct the issue with the TV/Cable. Thank you again for booking with us, we hope you can make it back to the beach soon.

Hi Monte, Thank you for booking with us. We do take pride in our vacation home and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. The amenity fee is a nightly resort fee that we do not control. We post the additional fee on the platform and again in the check out process to ensure customers are not surprised by the fee. We also send a message upon booking and in our check in procedures. We take every measure to ensure our guests are informed. Every platform is different, therefore we charge the amenity separate to ensure our guest are charged appropriately to their booking. Most platforms only allow a flat rate, which wouldn't be fair to guest staying (an example) 3 nights vs. 7 nights. Again, thank you for booking with us. Toni, The review is a-little harsh and unfair. I offered to send housekeeping back to correct the issues and you denied it. I will definitely look at the bathroom holder and refrigerator and get these items fixed. We take pride in our vacation home; Things get broke and we don’t always get informed. The penthouse is consider the top three floors at the resort. We have beautiful views of the Gulf and our pool. Yes, Hwy 98 is also a view since the condo is across the street from the beach. We don’t provide beach towels or beach equipment… we communicated that with you in our informational check in packet, items to pack and bring. The shuttle is one of many resort amenities; we have no control over. Our apologies for any inconveniences that was delayed or prevented the shuttle to run during your stay.
