Awesome property that is close to the beach, has a nice pool, and stocked with plenty of beach gear. Perfect setup for two families of 5. We will be back!

Great holiday stay

Beautiful house, great location, nice pool and hot tub. Perfect for 2 families, nicely equipped, a few spices, and paper products would be helpful.

Fantastic Place

This property exceeded our expectations! The hosts were wonderful with communication. Check in and check out process was very simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The grooms final throwdown

The house was amazing and located perfectly for the beach. I am very thankful to the helpful representatives here so when I had a question they always had a polite positive and prompt response as well as just a great clean fun property. I would and hopefully will stay here again, as well as would recommend this location to anyone looking for a beautiful/functional place to stay in bradenton beach area!!! PS the private elevator was so great!!!

Great place and location!

The duplex was perfect for two families! We were very close but separate when needed. Both units are decorated nicely and with very upscale furnishings. Pool was a great addition and it’s nicely shaded after being in the sun on the beach. The beach was beautiful as it always is on Anna Maria Island. Very quick walk to the beach. The units were stocked with chairs, beach toys, etc so you don’t need to bring much. Overall it was perfect!

The house was not as expected/pictured. To start, there was an accident where a 12 year old child slipped off the rim of the jacuzzi because of multiple lose stones. She went to the ER from/about 10:30pm and didn’t return to the house until 1AM. The owner never checked in with us. They returned our call once at 8am the nx day; a call that i missed bc we were heading out to a soccer tournament. A game that the child had to miss because of the deep cut in her leg. Oddly, the owner did not even take accountability and said the child shouldn’t have stood on the ledge. What pool says we can’t stand on the ledge. And if that were the case, they did not put up a sign that said otherwise. Aside from that, the bunk beds were so lumpy it was so uncomfortable, the sheets were a bit rough, and there were dusts and spider webs along the walls and beds in the bedroom. The house was older than what we saw in the photos. On a positive note, the location was great; nice neighborhood and a walk to the beach was a breeze. I will not return to this house only because the owners avoided us because of the accident. That was not cool.
