Very clean , easy to find, comfortable bed, great water pressure , felt safe staying there alone . I would definitely stay there again with no hesitation! The walls are thin so...take that into account .

This cottage was conveniently located near the Rockport beach and downtown area. Our unit was primarily clean and comfortable. There was adequate parking and the grounds were lovely. Bring your own waste bags if traveling with your dog.Unfortunately, the wifi was slow which cause a lot of buffering when watching tv & our a/c unit shut off in the middle of the nights which we didn't know how to adjust. Otherwise, I would have rated the property excellent.

Cutest beach cottage! This was a wonderful weekend getaway! Great price, easy communication, friendly staff, perfect location in walking distance to downtown Rockport. Definitely recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this property and we love it.
