We had a wonderful stay! The house was full of charm, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The location was perfect and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

The house is in a great location - close to downtown, the bay, the beach - everything you need. The house was stocked with everything you need plus the extra touches of kleenex, hand soap, extra toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee, etc. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. Check in process was a breeze. Janet was very responsive.

This is the perfect Frankfort house! Incredibly walkable to Main st. & Frankfort Beach, and all the cozy comforts of staying in a home that has been cared for so very lovingly. We have visited many Frankfort homes over the past decade, but as soon as we walked in on Day 1 of our trip, we were immediately planning our next visit BACK to this same home!

Beautiful and spacious home within walking distance to all of Frankfort's best. The home is well stocked with linens and kitchen items for cooking. It was very nice to be able to wash our beach towels and suits. We would absolutely stay again!

Excellent location! We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown Frankfort and the beach. The proximity to the Betsie Valley Bike trail was also perfect. The house was lovely, especially the front porch. Janet and David were very welcoming and helpful hosts. We would definitely stay again!

This place was amazing! Our host Janet was great! The house was very clean, well maintained and stocked with most used necessities. Kitchen was well equipped! Beds are comfortable with lovely down filled pillows! Showers are adequate, however, the downstairs one is quite small. The one upstairs is better, with a bathtub /shower and water pressure is great! The house is a 2 minute walk to downtown Frankfort, little further to the beach, about the time it takes to finish a 1 scoop ice cream cone! Grocery store is a 3 minute drive! Back patio is lovely with well maintain picnic tables and two Adirondack chairs however the front porch is where we spent most of our time! The neighborhood is very charming!

The host was very welcoming and accommodating to me, including letting me come in early for a work Zoom. The home is lovely with large windows and a lot of light. The kitchen is well-equipped (I was able to host family for meals for my son’s birthday).

Beautiful house in an excellent location within walking distance to shopping, dining, Betsie Lake, & Lake Michigan. We didn’t need to use our car because everything was close by! We loved staying in this home and our host Janet was very responsive and so kind.We hope to come back!

Great location! We loved being able to walk to the restaurants and shops. There was a playground very close by that our kids loved. The front porch was a great place to spend time while at the house. This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay! Highly suggest renting a boat on nearby Crystal Lake for fishing.

Wonderful!

This was our second stay in this lovely home, and we're looking forward to a third. It's comfortable and is stocked with everything you might need. The location is great, being close to shops and restaurants, the Betsie Valley Trail, and the beach. The hosts are pretty great, too!

Late Summer Getaway

We had such a great time staying in at this place. We loved the character and charm that it offered plus it was literally in the center of everything we did during our stay. The host was amazing and very helpful.

Property is amazing! Very cute and comfy, and the host provides some basics that make arriving and settling in easy and less stressful. Very close to downtown shopping and the beaches, literally a block away from shopping and a few from the beach. Highly recommend and will be returning next year and hopefully for many years after.

Great location

The house was located in a quiet very walkable part of town. It was 5 blocks to downtown Frankfort. Frankfort had great restaurants and shops. It was a nice easy walk to Lake Michigan. The Frankfort beach was beautiful. Host was great. I would love to stay there again.

Amazing Home Close to Evwrything

This house is a beautiful home, extremely clean, and close to everything. We really enjoyed our time here. We sat on the front porch with coffee, we made a great homemade meal. This home has it all! Very spacious!
