great location. House was clean, comfortable , beds comfy,and plenty of room throughout m. really appreciated the well stocked coffee cupbiard.Having a garage was super helpful and a great benefit to staying here. so many great places to walk to . The arcade rest, Lorraine motel, civil rights museum( a must see) , green beetle and Beale st. communication was mostly good, felt it was slow through VRBO app. Using texting brought a quick and friendly response. . I highly recommend this place for an easy relaxed stay in Memphis

There were a lot of little things that built up to big things. The lock would not work and kept making noise all night. A lot of repairs are necessary and when they happen the property will be gorgeous!

Very welcoming and comfortable! Very close to great restaurants and Beale Street. Visiting Graceland was the high point - would recommend highly.

If you’re looking for an Air BB this is your stop! The host was very much in contact for any questions we had. Security was amazing. The garage is huge for parking so no need to park on the street. The location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to just about anything. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so nice

My 3 adult daughters and I stayed here for our 2nd Mother/Daughters trip. It is in a great location - an easy, short walk to the Orpheum Theater and Beale Street. We felt very safe walking there at night. We ate our meals out but could have cooked in as there is a fully equipped kitchen. Loved that there were 2 1/2 bathrooms instead of the 1 we shared on the last trip we took. We were able to park both a truck and a car in the 2 car garage. We did not need to do laundry but there is a washer and dryer. We ate at 2 of the owner's recommendations - Arcade Cafe for breakfast (twice) and the Rendezvous Restaurant for delicious ribs. The location was very easy to drive in and out of Memphis. Would stay there again.

Was good size for three friends. Host followed up after check-in to make sure no issues. Easily walkable to Beale St, great coffee shops, restaurants, and even the Civil Rights Museum. The rooftop deck was great for relaxing with friends.

The location of the property couldn't have been better, within walking distance of the best of Memphis dining location and music venues. We really enjoyed being across the street from one of Memphis oldest tavern, The Green Beatle, the staff and Manager Mike made this place our main watering hole! The property was clean and had many added amenities that made our trip memorable.

Property was extractly like photos the place was really nice and the location was PERFECT in walking distance to everything we wanted to visit while on our stay. Would definitely recommend, i would also stay again if available if i ever were to visit the Memphis area again. LOVED OUR STAY..

We had a good experience staying at this property. The townhouse proximity to all the sites we visited was very easy to reach. We didn't even have to drive at all. The property was clean and the decor was simply charming. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Memphis, TN.

Great house & location

We were very pleased with the proximity to activities, restaurants, etc. The property was great for our group especially with the rooftop patio and bathrooms in each bedroom!
