The home has a lot of charm. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, as well as some complimentary snacks and refreshments from the hosts. It is a great location. Close to everything. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had a great visit with family on our trip to Memphis. The house was perfect for letting us all hang out together. It was also in a great location - close to walk to a lot of sites in downtown Memphis. And our hosts were wonderful - we appreciated the welcome and their attentiveness to us throughout our visit!

The space is perfect, exactly as described. Lots of space for a group. Thoughtful amenities. Walkable to downtown Memphis. Nearby restaurants are excellent and you must visit Sun Studio while you are there!

What a great place! Had a couple of questions that were answered promptly. Easy to find with the directions provided. There were 8 of us visiting. Plenty of space to accommodate us and room to roam with two separate living areas PLUS the rooftop patio and large Kitchen/dining room. Stocked with coffee stuffs and even some “goodies” with a nice note from hosts with area recommendations. Will likely stay again as we have family in the area. THANKS!

Girls Trip

This was a perfect and very large place for us to stay! We were able to walk to Trolley Market for breakfast/lunch and ride the Trolley Bus just a block away to go downtown! We had an amazing time and would recommend this location to anyone!!

Always a Great time

Have rented this property several times, and its always a good time. The hosts are great, the property is clean and convenient, and the area is nice. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the bottle too!!

Diamond in the ruff! You'd never guess this place is in the center of where you need to be. Close restaurants and breweries. The hosts give that added personal touch that makes the stay worth while!

Memphis trip

We found this property perfect for a group stay. Plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Good location, enjoyed the pool table and the garage was a big plus!

2-night stay

I brought a group of 9 friends (10 total) for a 2-night stay. We loved our time here and the layout fit exactly what we were searching for! Property was clean and the owners were extremely easy to work with. Check in/check out was a breeze and owners answered promptly when I reached out.

Spacious Penthouse

It was great, very spacious, and centrally located. It has a very nice rooftop deck, it was a bit cold for us at the time, but definitely would be great in the warmer months.

Great property, huge rooms and deck.

A lot of room for family and friends to visit and sleep! Nice restaurants close by and good parking. Owners were great to work with and even showed you around the place. That was an added plus....first place we have stayed that provided the basics plus for you to have and use. Very nice touch and would highly recommend this place.

Short family trip

The accommodations were spacious, very clean, conveniently located, and parking was great especially the garage. Owners were easily available for any concern-there were none. We had a great time and highly recommend staying at this location. Definitely go to restaurant next door, Sabor Caribe. Friendly and delicious food!

Fantastic place, easy logistics

I'll keep this short: the place is sweet, the location is pretty much ideal (bout a 20 min walk from downtown), the owners were very easy-going, and getting 10 people in and out of the place while keeping doors secure was super simple. Highly recommend for large groups.
