Step inside for the ultimate retreat and never look back! This vintage guest house located next to the boat house has two levels. The two levels have their own entrances and are not connected internally. Both levels feature a kitchen and two bedrooms. The lower level has queen beds in each bedroom with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The upper level has two bedrooms, one with two twin bunk beds, a queen in the other, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the large deck overlooking Lake Rabun with plenty of room for a cookout and dining al fresco while taking in all the views. If you're feeling adventurous, grab one of the provided kayaks and head out on the water! The hot tub is perfect for soaking after an exciting day. This home is also situated half a mile from the only restaurant in town should you want to dine out.

If you have a larger group, the main house rental may also be rented if available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
