With five king beds across three bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bath, Modern Appalachia gives everyone a comfortable place to unwind.

You don't have to leave the cabin to have a great time. Challenge your family and friends to a game of pool, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, or arcade games, then settle in for big screen entertainment. Relax in the open living spaces, gather around the fully equipped kitchen, then step onto the decks and take in the views. When you're ready, explore Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg, then come home to your private retreat. Rain or shine, the vacation continues. Come for the Smoky Mountains. This house has all the bells and whistles! We came with 4 adults and had more than enough room. The views were spectacular from every angle of the house. Everything is clean and comfortable! So many things to do and so many places to sit and relax! It doesn’t matter if you like the indoors or love sitting outside there are comfortable places to see the beauty at all times of the day! The hostess is timely and took care of our situation immediately! This was a 10 out of 10 rating from our group. Thank you for sharing this home with us it gave us a great place to feel comfort and peace.

We really enjoyed our stay! The views are incredible! It’s definitely worth the few extra minutes out of town to get those views. The cabin was really clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. 5 stars really isn’t enough for this property. The pictures of it are beautiful, but the in person experience of the views was even more breathtaking. The house was so thoughtfully laid out to be able to see the stunning mountain ranges from every room. We spent a lot of time enjoying the porch, having our coffee, meals, crafting with the views. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. The property was ideal for us traveling with children. There was so much here to entertain them that we were able to enjoy some time off from parenting and enjoy the mountains. It was hard to leave! We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

The view was the best part you could see the mountains from pretty much every window from in the house and if that wasn’t enough it had multilevel porches with rocking chairs you could sit in and take in the views. Our kids loved the pool and us adults loved the hot tub. It was everything u could want for vacation. It was a nice added touch to have shampoo and conditioner as well as soap and laundry detergent for us folks trying to travel light.
