It was an overall good time for my group, we walked in to a very clean cabin and very roomy, instructions for arrival and departure were very clear and hot tub worked great after letting it heat up, water pressure was good for the showers not too much or too little, my only downside was the storms for 2 of the 4 days I had but thats not there fault obviously, but I will definitely get this again!

Overall it was great. Management was super responsive with any issue we had. The water in the pool was not as warm as we had expected but the kids didnt seem to mind. The water in the shower downstairs did not get hot, but the upstairs shower was okay.

We're glad you had a great stay overall and especially appreciate your kind words about the responsiveness of our team. We’re sorry the pool temperature wasn’t quite as warm as expected, but we're glad the kids were still able to enjoy it! The temps do have to maintain a certian temp for safe indoor operation. Regarding the downstairs shower, all showers in the cabin are supplied by the same hot water heater. If hot water had recently been used elsewhere in the cabin, the tank may have needed time to recover, and the downstairs shower can also take a little longer for hot water to reach it. We have not had any similar reports from guests before or since your stay so we think this was an Isolated Incident. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We hope to welcome you back to the Smokies!

Overall we had a good stay. The cabin could use a deep clean. Heavy layers of dust on the trim and under furniture.

Our housekeeping teams thoroughly clean the cabin between each reservation, though areas such as baseboards, trim, and beneath larger pieces of furniture are typically addressed more extensively during scheduled deep cleans. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to help keep the cabin looking its best for future guests.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful!! The cabin was just as pictured. Very clean, plenty of kitchenware to cook with, beds were very comfortable. We loved the pool, billiards table and arcade games. We would definitely stay here again.

The house had a wonderful amenities. The pool was very clean although it was slightly cold. The hot tub was nice in the evenings. The negative was our sheets were not clean at check in. There was stains on them that came out upon washing. The house could use a deep clean as their is alot of dust. Great property just needs a deep clean and some maintenance. Over all we had a great time. The worst part was the nasty sheets. Great communication with the host.

The cabin was wonderful! It was clean and they give you plenty of towels and linens. It had everything we needed. The pool was the highlight of our stay. My children absolutely loved it! The hot tub was very clean as well. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our two day stay at the cabin.The pool table and games were a hit with my children. The pool alarm is very finicky and may need some attention. It wasn't wanting to go off a couple of times which was a bit annoying The location is great. Very close to the Island and other attractions. Biggest concern was a doorbell style camera placed on the wall upstairs facing the bunk beds...Very uncomfortable. We took it down and continued with our stay. Overall nice time.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean. The kids loved the pool and game room. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The drive from the strip was easy and only about 7 minutes.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The best part was bringing children and having an indoor pool where the door was locked by code.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay, the kids loved the pool, and the arcade games! We loved the hot tub! If steps aren't your friend be aware the shower on the main floor doesn't have anywhere to sit or hike your leg up on to wash, it was fine for us, but something to keep in mind. Also, if you need a soft bed bring a mattress topper for the master as it is pretty firm for our preference! Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Perfect cabin for kids!

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin! The pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by our 9 year old and our teenagers loved the pool table and arcade games upstairs. The location to the main strip in Pigeon Forge was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the cabin. It was clean, comfortable, and lots of fun with the swimming pool and the pool table. We spent more time enjoying the cabin than running around. The swimming pool is much larger than other cabins we've rented. And the owners are exceptionally friendly and respond quickly if you have any questions. I highly recommend staying here for your vacation.
