Great location. Too cold for pool use; however, I did take some pictures. The turntable with albums is a nostalgic touch, along with the framed posters. Thank you for a great overnight stay in Nashville!

This spot is in a great location and we were able to walk to dinner at Chauhan Ale and Masala House for dinner. It styled very nicely and is comfy as well. We only stayed one night but when we do it again we will definitely see if we can book this place.

If you’re visiting Nashville, this is the spot. The Music Row location is genuinely iconic — Spence Manor was mentioned on three tours we took — and the surrounding neighborhood made it easy to find great food without any hassle. Heading downtown for nightlife was simple. The host was a standout: clear, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Five stars.

This is a great location and a great set up with the sink area separate from the toilet and shower/bath. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

Great spot and fantastic location

The place was awesome - our hosts were very communicative and made the process very easy. Great location as well, was very close to everything Nashville has to offer. Not a single complaint from our end; highly recommend.

Loved staying here. Guitar shaped pool was fantastic. Unit was clean, very spacious. Record player works! Great location and very walkable.

Great location, clean, and adorable decor

Our stay was wonderful! Comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Great vanity space for getting ready! A short Uber drive to Broadway and walking distance from many places. If we’re ever back in Nashville, I’d stay again!

Awesome Long Weekend

Fantastic location for a long weekend in Nashville. Quiet location to relax at night and get some good sleep, but a short walk/uber to Broadway. Host was super responsive and accommodating when we had our only problem of the weekend (just needed help locating the router to reset the WiFi), and she was constantly messaging me on the app checking in making sure everything was going well!

Long weekend getaway

We enjoyed being a just a few miles away from downtown. The bars within walking distance were nice and had live music. We Ubered downtown so we could have a couple drinks and not have to find parking. We did get to enjoy the pool one day. We really had a great time.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed the walkability of the property to restaurants and bars. It was a quick 5 minute Uber to Broadway. The vrbo was perfect for the 4 of us. Being 4 girls we would have loved to have a mirror in main room (maybe move Elvis picture over and replace with a mirror). Pool was adorable and great photo op! Thanks for having us we will be back!
