Lovely home in a great neighborhood!! Private entrance. Excellent location. Brand New 2,300 Sq. ft 3 bedroom basement apartment located on stunning property, walking distance to neighborhood private beach/children's playground. Equipped with multiple TV's, a ping pong table, bar cart and many games, this home was built to entertain. The apartment also has a gym and a dedicated work space to fulfill all your needs. 2 parking spaces included with beautiful fenced in backyard. You'll enjoy the outdoor screen in porch and deck. There is a small shopping center with a boutique, many restaurants and a grocery and liquor store 1-2 minutes from the house or drive 10-15 minutes to visit downtown Annapolis, The United States Naval Academy ,Sandy Point State Park, and about 35 miles to Washington D.C./ Baltimore. Perfect for a family getaway, teleworkers, or just a weekend getaway with plenty to do in the vicinity (great Uber/Lyft proximity for Annapolis nightlife).

Ewa’s basement apartment was in an absolutely beautiful location. Spacious is an understatement. The place was clean and welcoming and a great place to come back to each night while in town for a festival at Sandy Point State Park. For those looking to cook there is no stove and the fridge is small but if you are eating out and enjoying takeout or snacks this is not an issue at all. It wasn’t for us. Would love to return.

Beautiful space

This place was absolutely amazing. When you walk in, it smells brand new. It is very clean and comfortable. The whole property was beautiful. If I am ever back in this area Ill be booking again!!

Family trip to Annapolis area

Very nice property in beautiful area. Three bedrooms suited our needs. Large and very clean. Good communication and well equipped for our needs while in the area. Really cute shopping plaza down the street with gas, food, restaurant, liquor store, etc.

Beautiful vacation rental 5 miles from Annapolis, MD

The area and property was impeccable. It is in a very safe and beautiful area. The basement apartment was extremely spacious and appeared to be recently renovated as it is in pristine condition. We had 5 people staying there in the 3 spacious bedrooms, and the common areas were perfect. It has a ping pong table that sealed the deal! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The property manager Ewa is lovely.

SPACIOUS PARADISE FOR A USNA FAMILY

Nestled among the owner’s gorgeous gardens, this immaculate and beautifully decorated rental had everything you could want: comfortable beds, relaxing tv area, workout room, ping pong table, kitchenette, screened in deck and access to the beach. Ewa was an incredible host and our mid loved the peace and quiet of the neighborhood! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfection!

We came to visit my son at USNA and this place was exactly what we needed! The place was clean, organized, and much bigger than expected. The kitchen area had everything we needed and the hostess was amazingly kind and pleasant. This is a 5 out of 5 from us and I can only hope it's available for future visits!!

Fun Summer Trip

The property is very pretty with a beautiful yard and very clean accommodations. I stayed with my college age boys. We enjoyed playing ping pong and bingo. We put together a puzzle and watched many movies at night. We visited the beach and we were very close to Annapolis, making it easy to run to the Academy. We all really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I traveled to Annapolis for a Navy game and couldn’t have picked a better place.

Staying with Ewa was like staying with a relative without having to join them for dinner…lol. It was awesome! Great location. Very very clean. Entertainment center was over the top and they thought of every little thing. We definitely recommend!!!

Lovely home away from home with everything you could possibly need!

The apartment within this home as well as the landscaping, porch and all special touches inside and out were absolutely beautiful. This was a very peaceful place for our family while visiting Annapolis. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Many many thanks to them both! The ping pong table provided lots of added fun and laughter!

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. The apartment is clean, spacious and quiet. Our host is a lovely and thoughtful woman, happy to accommodate us in any way to make our stay more comfortable. She was easy to communicate with and we felt very welcomed. The attention to detail in the decor was superb. The beds and couches are very comfortable and the location is unbeatable. The beach, playground and nearby shops made for a fun weekend with our young son. This is a fantastic place for families and couples alike to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Perfect Paradise

Ewa has created a wonderful vacation home. It is better than the pictures and description. The home is perfectly appointed with all many special touches that go way beyond the typical RVBO. It is right across the street from the bay and there is a perfect private sandy beach a short walk from the home. We went there for a perfect sunrise and also for just relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. It is only 15 minutes from Annapolis and most of all the beautiful places they offer. Ewa and her mother a wonderful hosts and we look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Perfect place for our stay

We were in town for a weekend wedding so didn’t spend too much time at the place, but it was the perfect escape when we needed a break. Quiet, clean, had everything we needed. Be aware it is a basement unit so very few windows. Stays dark in the mornings which can lead to sleeping in! Laundry room was appreciated. Plenty of towels including beach towels. Owner was attentive to our needs and responded quickly to questions. Very comfortable and would definitely recommend.

Best weekend!

Ewa was the best hostess. She bent over backward to make us feel welcomed and to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described! Very clean (and I’m kinda picky when it comes to cleanliness)! My teenage boys enjoyed the ping pong table and areas to relax. The screened in porch and beautiful yard were wonderful for morning coffee. We enjoyed the Cape St Claire location and the local market, restaurants and custard/ice stand! Should we ever need a place to stay when back in the area we will certainly look to see if this is available again! Just really can’t say enough good about this place and Ewa!

Beautiful apartment, bad hotelier

This property is beautiful. But they should not be renting it out. We were a family of 5. My husband, 16 year old and 2 grown up kids. On Saturday night we had my 80 year old mother-in-law and 4 other relatives for pizza. They left at 10 and at 11:26 the owner called me yelling at me to tell my guests they need to leave and we need to go to bed. We had the TV on only and no guests were there. She told me I was lying. The ceilings should be sound proofed because we could hear them walking around and dropping things starting early in the morning. The entire time we felt very uncomfortable coming and going as the owner is constantly lurking around and you cannot leave the property without her asking probing questions. She pretends to be nice but is really just passive aggressive and nosey. Finally when we left she commented on how many people we had staying there implying we had people still there 3 days later!!!! And then she made my husband take out the trash before we left. When you rent your home you need to have reasonable expectations.

Succinct review: Immaculate, private, spacious, comfortable beds, plush linens, convenient location, super value, new. Detailed review: We have stayed in several rentals over the years. This is our first time staying where the owners live above us. They were 100% responsive and 0% intrusive. We did not feel at all as though we were in a finished lower level. It is beautifully done in simple but elegant, contemporary decor. All conveniences including choice of K cup, percolator or coffee maker; shampoo and conditioner; multiple phone jacks, televisions with streaming and even Google Home. The layout is quite open, but large enough to afford two counter areas for separate space in addition to sitting areas and the bedrooms. There are canned lights with dimmers as well as decorative backlights and lamps, also with dimmers! The shower has great water pressure and readily accommodates tall people. The towels are quality with extra available if needed. We did not make time to use the exercise room, but it was equipped as the photo indicates including a separate TV. There are games, magazines, books and ping pong. The screened in porch is huge with a very effective ceiling fan. We enjoyed coffee and the beautiful views of the yard and gardens. We love the Cape St. Claire park and beach and were surprised to find this lovely place so close. We hope to stay again, but we think Ewa will be booked solid!

I'm fortunate enough to have been able to raise my family and work in this beautiful private community for so long. My family and I enjoy gardening, cooking and entertaining and decided to turn our love for hospitality into something we could share. I love traveling and exploring new places and love being able to share my beautiful neighborhood with others. I would love to have you as my guest so you can experience all that Cape St. Claire has to offer!

We moved to this neighborhood of Cape St. Claire 32 years ago. We absolutely loved everything about leaving here. The community is safe, quiet and people are very friendly.
I think you will love the location of our home as it sits on a very quiet street and only one block from the community private sandy beach. We are also only 5 miles away from the United States Naval Academy and Downtown Annapolis!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our house has a very large .75 acre flat, beautifully landscaped front and back yard for sunny summer days. We also have beautiful neighborhood private beach, children's playground and a picnic area all within 0.3 miles and quick 5 minuets walk. Our neighborhood shopping center is just 3 minuets drive and has everything you will need (grocery, beer and wine store, pizza place, restaurants, coffee shop, breakfast, Rita's Italian Ice, pharmacy) and many more.
