SECURITY SYSTEM: SimpliSafe system is on the premises (entry sensors on doors and glass-break sensors). The system will NEVER be activated during the length of your stay.

TRASH BAGS: Leave trash bags in the garage. You are welcome to leave up to five (5) bags at the property. Please take additional bags with you. There will be an extra charge of $30 to $50 if there are more than 5 bags left.
