This was a fabulous base for our visit. This has to be one of the most thoughtfully appointed properties I have stayed in. We were able to cook and serve 10 easily. The views and the accomodations are gorgeous. We took full advantage of the space for gathering and socializing. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The Host was super friendly, helpful and responsive. House is lovely with a great view and well equipped. There were 10 in our group spanning 4 generations, (4 to 82). Layout of house was great for our 4 families. Our only issue was the narrow, steep driveway. We had 3 large vehicles which was tricky, because there is absolutely no place else to park. The road up to the house is very narrow, winding and steep. Once you’re there, the house is perfect. Really enjoyed the decks and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and great bathrooms. We were there for 10 days in September 2026. Good for pets.

This is a beautiful mountain home with a great deck and lovely views. Having a sunroom was nice when the weather was rainy. The extra touches for our pup were especially appreciated. The home was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The host was very responsive to our texts and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Cannot say enough nice things about the property. We are already thinking about another trip.

The house was perfect for what we needed! Young kids, elderly parents, and our dog were all comfortable. Drive up was pretty steep but manageable, communication was fantastic. The only thing I would say is the WiFi was pretty tough to use for our devices. But it was beautiful, clean, and we would love to go back. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the cabin especially the mountain views from the spacious decks. It was a great location and perfect for my family. Loved the fenced in backyard which is great for letting our yellow lab out to play. We will definitely be back!

The perfect location with great mountain views! The house is a short drive to downtown Waynesville and Maggie Valley for shopping and dining. Also, the house is very equiped for cooking at home and bringing the kids along.

Hosts were great. House was very well furnished and in a great location. The ramps helped alot with a 94 year old mother along. Its hard to find a nice house in the mountains so accomodating.

Christie answered all my questions quickly and was very helpful. The house was clean and just as advertised. The beds were comfortable and house was well stocked for cooking. Lots for the kids to do in the house. Backyard was great for the dogs. I would recommend this house to everyone!!!!

We have been coming to Maggie Valley and the Lake Junaluska area over Memorial Day week for the last 20 years. So we have stayed in many homes in the area. But this home is among the very best we’ve stayed in. It was clean, very comfortable, and one of the best equipped homes, including extra batteries for all the remotes, plenty of extra towels and blankets, dish soap and detergent, and all the little things you don’t think you’ll need until you need them. Even an electric blanket! Everything worked, the home is well maintained, and the kitchen had everything you could wish for! It was truly a delight to stay at the property this past week, I could not recommend it enough.

The property is well-maintained, clean, and has excellent facilities all around. Our stay accommodated well for dogs, toddler, kids, teens, adults, senior citizen, and wheelchair individual. The drive up to the house is a bit steep (as expected in this mountain area), but worth it for the gorgeous view. It is nearby to plenty of activities, restaurants and shops. Communication with owners was great, even warning of bear sightings. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Grandview Point. The home was very clean. We really enjoyed all the Christmas decorations. There were tons of games available to play. The fenced in yard was nice to be able to let our dogs run around. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The sun room was so cozy to sit it. The house really did have everything we needed.

This wonderful property exceeded our expectations - and we had pretty high expectations going in! The property is in a gorgeous setting with beautiful mountain views. The home is spacious and bright and laid out perfectly for a big family or multiple couples. It also worked out very well for my mobility challenged mother who accompanied us on this trip, with entrance ramp and other accommodations. The home was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed for cooking for a large group or quiet dinner. Christie was responsive, gracious and provided great info about the home, the town and the area. We did not take our pup this time, but will next time as we will definitely return! Highly recommend!
