Questa casa di 5500 piedi quadrati si trova tra Vail e Beaver Creek sul lato della montagna e ha una spettacolare vista di 30 miglia lungo le montagne.
Le sue ampie dimensioni consentono un incontro di amici o familiari e hanno tutti gli extra.

La casa ha una grande cucina gourmet di grandi dimensioni con un'isola centrale. Quattro delle camere hanno letti king size. Uno degli altri ha una serie di letti gemelli con un letto matrimoniale, l'altro ha due letti a castello (pieni e gemelli sopra).

La casa ha tre livelli, ognuno con una splendida vista e due zone giorno. La grande sala è di 35 x 35 con soffitto a cattedrale e vetro dal pavimento al soffitto. La sala giochi al piano inferiore ha una zona salotto di fronte a mobili in muratura con TV, stereo, DVD, ecc. Sempre a quel livello c'è un tavolo da biliardo da competizione e un bar da 8 piedi. Le due aree offrono un incontro tranquillo per un gruppo al piano superiore mentre l'altro si sta divertendo al piano inferiore giocando a biliardo o colpendo le funzionalità della spa o i bambini che giocano a xbox ecc.

Our group loved staying here! The location was great! 5 minutes from Beaver, and 11 minutes from Vail made it a quick drive to either resort for hitting the slopes. The house was massive! 3 levels, large bedrooms, multiple living areas. With a group of 8 adult men, it was great that we all got our own space and did not feel on top of each other. It had everything we needed and the host was readily available when we had questions. Would highly recommend to any large groups, whether its for a boys trip, couples, or multiple families with kids.

Lovely mountain top views from three floors. So many bedrooms!!! Everyone in our party of five had their own bathroom, and there were two additional bedrooms we didn’t use.The kitchen had everything we needed. It might be nice to upgrade pans, but we wanted for nothing.Towels were great (and plentiful). Hot tub and sauna were such a gift (only wish it were colder outside).Our April trip was designed for skiing, but the dry and warm winter only allowed for two days of spring skiing. We used the rest of our days hiking great trails (one is just a half mile above the house) and biking in Glenwood Springs.Patrick was easy and available.

What a great house to hold our motley crew for the week!! The 3 levels are awesome - there is tons of space and two large living areas with tv’s and couches. Kitchen has most everything that is needed - just gotta hunt for it!! Vail is a 15 ish minute drive from the house. Nice trails up the hill for hiking. Challenges with the heat on the lower floor on one of the last days but host was able to assist and had things repaired in no time. Sauna was great and hot tub was fabulous after some services to remove the green water but all good after a day to heat back up! A great place for a family vacation!!
The kitchen was a great place to come together!

Great Family Get Away

Brought our adult children and their spouses on this trip. This property was big enough for each couple to have their own space and a large enough room where we could congregate in the evenings to play games and talk about our day. The host is easy to contact and is very accommodating. He is very knowledgeable of the area and can offer suggestions on where to go. We loved our stay!

Awesome location, convenient to vail and Beaver Creek. House is great for accommodating our group of 13. House is dated but was perfect for our group. Thanks for hosting us.

The property and location were perfect. Spacious and right in between vail and beaver creek. The hot tub, sauna and steam room are really a nice touch. We couldn’t say enough good things

Just what we needed

Our daughter got married in Vail and our family stayed several days here. Very happy with the location and the amenities. The kitchen is stocked with way more items than many rentals we have stayed in. Host is very responsive and helpful.
