House exceeded our expectations . Very comfortable and inviting . Check in process was very easy . Hollie and Brian gave us lots of useful and much appreciated info about the general area , bus options, proximity to vail village , etc . Our group consisted of 12 adults , accommodations were exactly what we needed , plenty of space to either relax or mingle . Highly recommend !

Perfect Stay for a Group – Great Host & Ideal Location!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The house was perfect for our large group - spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better - just a short walk to the nearby park and super convenient access to the bus to get into town. Highly recommend!

Great Place

Great location close to the shuttle pickup and drop off. Spaced out seperate bedrooms that are fairly private and a nice large living area that everyone was able to hang out in. Very nice place and we hope to return

The house was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The common area is great, with an amazing kitchen with all the fixings you can imagine. There's no AC in the house, so it did get hot at points, but was still great. Would love to visit again, thanks for having us!

One of the best-stocked homes I've ever stayed in. Bus stop is very convenient for getting to and from the mountain. Spacious kitchen for groups.

Well stocked, comfortable, spacious home close to the free bus stop. The home worked well for our family of ten.Owners are super nice and responsive.Highly recommend! Would stay here again!

Guys ski trip

10 of us gathered for our annual ski trip. This location was ideal, short walk to bus stop, and across the highway from grocery store. Bedding was comfortable, no issues with the hot tub, and plenty of room for us to enjoy watching basketball or having meals together. Brian & Hollie were great hosts, and responsive

We had 3 families, a total of 14 over 18 years old and the house accommodated us perfectly! Most importantly was the proximity to the bus which had us at Eagle Bahn in 6 min. Easy! The only negative was they decided to clean the hot tub on our last ski day so we couldn't enjoy the hot tub our last night. Regardless, we loved our stay at this West Vail home!

5 stars all the way around! This house could not have been better for our family. It is obvious that the hosts (Brian & Hollie) take care of / maintain the property well. They were very communicative and we had no issues during our two week stay. It is one of the most well stocked VRBOs we have ever stayed in for kitchen appliances, kids gear, games, etc. The house is large and easily could fit 3 families with kids. We loved the outdoor seating with firepit along with the hot tub. The location is great with a 20 yard walk to the bus stop to get around Vail, a short drive to Beaver Creek and just 3 minutes from the grocery store. We will definitely be staying again!

Great house for families!

12 (plus nanny) stayed at this property the week after Christmas. Great set up for our group with bonus apartment. Please note apartment is accessed only by outside stairs, but not really an issue. Large, well stocked kitchen with plenty of dining space. Really nice hot tub. Property managers were very responsive during our stay. Bus stop is steps away. If you catch the right bus (red going into the village, green coming back!) you are ten minutes from Vail transportation center.

Cozy spot for a big family!

We had a big family of 8 staying here together for a week during the summer. The location is great, the accommodations are clean and cozy, there’s lots of entertainment at the house and space for everyone to hang out together. My parents are a little older so the stairs to get to the main level and primary bedroom were a bit of a challenge, but they managed just fine if they took it slow. The hot tub is nice and big, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy them together, and there were plenty of sleeping arrangements for us to choose from. We enjoyed the nearness of the grocery stores, the short walk to the park and creek down the street and the ease to get around to other areas of the mountains. Would highly recommend this home for a large group traveling to Vail!

Fabulous house!

This house was one of the best equipped vrbo houses we’ve stayed in. The kitchen had all the appliances you would want with a large selection of spices. There was plenty of seating and comfortable beds. The hot tub was a wonderful retreat after a day of skiing. We appreciated the bins filled with extras gloves and gear. The location can’t be beat. It is just steps from the bus making it very easy to get to and from Vail Village. If you drive up the heated driveway is a bonus. It really came in handy as Vail received 15” of snow during our stay. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. I look forward to coming back to this house.

Excellent location and great family house

Our family, including 6 adults and 4 children, stayed at this beautiful house for a skiing vacation. The location is wonderful, right near the bus stop and just a short drive to Vail Village, grocery shopping and restaurants. The house was spotless, the kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, and the bathrooms all updated and luxurious. There were even lots of games for the kids including shuffleboard and ping pong. We had plenty of room for our whole group and overall had a great vacation. We would definitely stay there again!
