We enjoyed a lovely stay on the upper floor. The view was just perfect. We were happily surprised with the beautiful gas firepit out on the deck. It really enhanced our beach nights out on the deck. The place was very clean, the host was fabulous and the fact that it was dog friendly really made the trip extra special. Location was worth it all, oceanfront and within walking distance to the boardwalk. Highly recommend.

Great property, very clean, plenty of room, great location, beautiful beach. A little hard to find as it is behind another house. Bring plastic utensils and Tupperware as there aren't any in the house.

Great location, needs maintenance

Smoke detectors chirped all day, preheating the oven set off the smoke detector each time. Wear and tear of the flooring, and cleanliness (dust) needs maintenance. The dune is steep and hard to walk up since there are no stairs or a mat like other properties have. Washer and dryer are communal among the 4 units. No dishwasher. Half the light switches didn't work. Great location otherwise right on the beach. Parking is extremely tight if other cars are parked there. The town was repaving so we couldn't park in the street, and we didn't receive any notice. A neighbor mentioned it to us. Parking permits and beach tags were for 2022 but we stayed just before memorial day.

Hello, we are so sorry to hear about the problems you incurred during your stay. We are a local service and would have been happy to come resolve them for you if we had known. -A chirping smoke detector never needs to be tolerated. We would've had a repair service come take care of it, or move you to another unit if we had been aware of the problem. There are four parking spaces at the home which would've been completely available to you since you were the only guest staying at that time. Beach passes were not required prior to Memorial Day. Also, we could've had the cleaning service come through again during your stay as a courtesy. Street parking is suggested on the side street, not Ocean Avenue. We wish you the best and hope to host you again in Point Pleasant Beach.
