Central 3BR Suite w/ Pond View & Luxe Amenities

Modern, spacious suite allows for creative space and relaxation in the heart of Vancouver. Features a large patio with easy access to fresh air and views overlooking the local ducks in our courtyard pond. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, small closet with hangars, and full ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen sized bed with storage drawers underneath, and a large closet; the third bedroom has a double bed and office desk with drawers for storage. The living room couch is new and has a pull out double bed with new memory foam mattress.

Close to many great shops, restaurants, a neighbourhood park, the Seawall, and a Skytrain to the airport. Common areas include a pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. Parking is included!

Other details to note:

This unit can accommodate up to 8 people. However, 6 adults is the maximum.

Depending on the season, we may not approve booking requests that leave a one night vacancy before or after the request. Please inquire about 2-night bookings. Minimum 4-night bookings are required during the Christmas/New Years holiday unless approved otherwise.

Check-in time is between 4:30 pm - 10 pm. If guests need to check-in after 10 pm they MUST talk with the host well in advance, as arrangements will need to be made if we can accommodate.

If you require a pack and play we have one that must be reserved in advance. It is based on availability.

Pets are not allowed unless authorized by the owner prior to check in. Service animals are only permitted when assisting someone with a disability.

We have one secured underground parking spot included with this rental. The parking spot can fit a small to medium sized vehicle.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property without permission from owners. Check-in time is between 4:30pm and 11pm. No candles of any kind!
A rewiring fee may be incurred for changing/unplugging/removing cables from equipment. Lost keys will need to be replaced and guests will be charged.
Late check-outs (not pre-arranged) will incur a $60 per hour fee, min one hour. A $30 fee is charged for lost items that we return mail to guests.

Great place in a great location. Perfect for our family's short stay in Vancouver to attend a family function. A block away from the hockey arena, and extremely close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The space was clean, well appointed and as described. Parking spot a definite bonus. Mei-Ling was super responsive and helpful before and during the trip. Highly recommend!

The condo was immaculate and well furnished. It had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside on the patio. Parking was convenient and secure. The neighborhood was a little dicey at night, but the condo building itself was a secure and well-maintained haven. Mei-Ling was a pleasure to work with.

Excellent stay in Vancouver

Stayed here for 6 nights with my family. Great location, close to Roger’s Center, BC Place and Downtown. Excellent amenities including patio, BBQ, washer & dryer, etc. Excellent communication by the hosts, would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great location near Chinatown

Very clean and well-appointed apartment near Vancouver's Chinatown. Walking distance to several great grocery stores and many good restaurants. Also an easy walk to the boat taxis to get to Granville Island.

Great location

This is a very good space. We had 3 couples and there was plenty of room. The third bedroom was a bit warm at night for sleeping.The location is perfect for using public transit or walking to downtown.

Great location!

Location was great, close to skytrain stations and walkable to most places. Property was bright, clean and had all the basics our family needed and more. Host was pleasant, great at communication ( i.e quick to respond to questions/ queries) and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Vancouver next time.

Perfect for two couples

The unit was just as described. The hosts provided a wonderful guide about the unit and the area prior to arrival which was extremely helpful. The host was quick to reply to questions or concerns prior to our stay as well as during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Vancouver. Our unit was centrally located and we used many of the host’s suggestions in their welcome book. It was great being in an international community. Unit was a home away from home. Attention to detail was evident.

Loved our stay here, and comms with the owners was friendly and efficient. The property was large considering it was in a downtown area of a major city. The beds were comfortable and rooms were modern and cool in the summer.My only slight note of caution for parents of young families is the proximity to some of the more socially challenged urban areas - I need to be clear here, at no point did we feel unsafe, threatened or intimidated but given the significant number of obvious drug addicts in the area I had some awkward questions from my 8 year old daughter which i didn't foresee. Again, I can't fault the owners or the rental, and I've since read up on the scale of the drugs issue in Vancouver, just something to consider if you're travelling with little ones who might not be used to seeing inner city issues.Overall a great stay, a great city, and great comms with owners. Thank you.

Clean modern condo near Gastown

The location is walking distance to public transportation and Gastown. Lots of eateries are steps away along with a excellent Asian Grocery store ( Lots of good stuff!) and a drug store and Starbucks. Recommend for a family or friends traveling together.

Everything you need and more

We stayed at this wonderful property over the winter break. The apartment was spacious for our family of 7 and very well equipped. Kids had a blast at the pool. Conveniently located, walking distance to everything. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for families with small kids and teenagers.

Great location

The apartment was very clean and cozy. We were four women in our 40s & 50s, so all of the spare beds were appreciated. The instructions for arrival were clear and easy to follow, however for check-out the instructions were not so clear regarding the fob. Overall this was a gem of an apartment. The location was perfect for walking downtown or to a skytrain station.

Awesome place

Clean, easy, lovely. Right in the heart of things. There is a rough neighbourhood just North East to be aware of. Hosts are great. attentive, and available. And the "house binder" was really useful. The restaurant suggestions were awesome. Loved it.

Good Apt Downtown

Nice 3 bedroom apartment in a neighborhood with easy access to transportation to other parts of the city. Check in/out process was a little complicated but the directions from the host made it easy. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Kitchen had all the amenities you'd want in a stay. Bathrooms were mostly clean except for quite a bit of mildew build up on the shower curtains that made the apartment smell a bit like mildew. A bit difficult to keep the apartment cool as some windows don't open. Overall we had a nice quick stay.

All the essentials

We had a wonderful stay at the property! Pros: clean, spacious, comfy beds, clean linens, great pool, walking distance to great food and activities. Property managers were very pry in reply’s. Cons: on the edge of the homeless population-not an issue for us but something to note. We traveled with four children and always felt safe everywhere we went. The place is very secure almost to a fault making it difficult to split up and venture out because we only had one key. Not a big deal. The small bedroom with bunks is very hot at night and the door must be kept open at night to sleep. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future. Thanks again!

Eddie and Marv are brothers who originated in California, then moved to Vancouver, Canada when they were young. Both love Vancouver, but always longed for their California roots. So they decided to enjoy the best of both worlds. And also a new one. The pair own, design and renovate special spaces in Vancouver, San Diego and Las Vegas. They make it their lifestyle to travel in between the homes, constantly improve them, and share them with others.

Eddie is snowboarder, rock climber, and sax player. Marv is an avid golfer, vegan, and sport enthusiast. Both Eddie and Marv have traveled all over the world.

They hope that you will enjoy your time in one their great spaces!
