Beautifully decorated one bedroom condo at Trailside 45! This brand new unit has a unique style and modern furnishings to ensure a great visit to Traverse City. Just 1.5 miles to downtown TC, Trailside 45 is centrally located so you are able to enjoy everything that the locals and visitors enjoy about this city.

The Space:
This is a second floor unit, with an elevator in the building so extremely easy to access. This building also has a very big parking lot, so feel free to bring more than one car if necessary. The unit itself has one bedroom with a queen bed and an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room which also has a pullout couch. Smart TV in the living room so please use your own login for the streaming services and don't forget to log out before your departure (there is no cable). There is also a patio with furniture so you can enjoy a morning coffee to start your day off on the right foot. Freshly decorated and impeccably clean, this Trailside Condo is sure to make for a great home base for your trip to Traverse City!

Great Location

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Our favorite aspect of this property is that is was about 1.5 miles from downtown, and there was a nice trail you could walk most of the way there! The property was clean, cute, and cozy.

Great location!

Great spot just a short drive to the lake, downtown, and if you’re doing a wine tour our pickup spot was within walking distance (little hike) to the civic center parking area.

Other than some minor house keeping issues the place was great. It was a great place for us and our dog. Host was always quick to respond to questions. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay. It was a perfect location to get around everywhere quickly. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Worked out great!

Nice condo and very convenient location. We were in TC for a softball tournament and this place was perfect. Kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place

This place was exactly as described! We had a great time, and was clean. The location was perfect, a straight shot up into Mission Point, and only a quarter mile from the main road (M22). Next time we are in TC, we would love to be back!

Perfect pet friendly condo near everything

The condo was everything we expected. We loved the location - close to the lake and all the activities on Front Street. It was so convenient to hop on the TART trail and bike to breweries and distilleries. Bonus points for being very pet friendly.

Trailside 45

Really enjoyed our stay. Our dogs loved the balcony and the quick access to the Tart Trail. We didn’t find the property to be noisy (especially with the windows closed) like one of the previous reviewers stated. Very close proximity to everything, clean, and secure.

Only one very minor complaint and that is You have to put your own information in the smart TV, but the TV didn’t even turn on? Other than that, it was clean, great location, very secure With a nice little outdoor patio. Definitely recommend!! 😊👍

Nice Place but Sensitive Neighbors

The neighbors in the unit directly below us were sensitive to us walking around and made their feelings known by knocking on the floor (their ceiling). I would suggest wearing socks to avoid unnecessary stress. But the property itself was clean and well-stocked. Would definitely stay again. No tasks required at checkout - just grabbed out stuff and on to the next adventure. Thanks for the stay!

Nice place but

Great location. Great property. Nice appliances.nice decorations. Loved the elevator. Sheets,pillows, and bed were horrible, luckily we brought our own sheets and pillows. Couch/ hide a bed should have gone to the landfill 5 years ago. One kitchen chair is so wobbly it might collapse. Bathtub drain is very slow . 3 inches of water during shower. Everything else was great!

Great location for furry guest

Close to the trail, and a great bakery, Coomon Goods, which also serves lunch, dinner and brunch, including alcohol. We had a great short rib entree and ceasar salad one night in. The wineries are a close drive up the peninsula too. bonobo stays open until 9pm. The only downside was how loud Garfield St is. I think the condo building could have installed double pane windows for both sound and energy insulation. For checkin, it was email instead of via the app, which I was rusty at, as we haven't travelled in a while, and the 3 separate taxes was a surprise, but that's probably more VRBO and TC than the host.

Very dog friendly

A few days with our pug in Traverse City and this condo served as a perfect home base, very dog friendly & clean. We enjoyed the patio which gave the dog space to be outside without a leash. The location was convenient to all the sites we were visiting. Would stay here again.

This was a clean well decorated condo, it was right by the walking trail so was perfect for my dog. Also it was centrally located. I will rebook there anytime I visit Traverse City
