The value for the late summer rate was great at this property. 4 bedrooms were priced the same as several 1-2 bedroom units at other resorts. The onsite restaurant was great, the beach was spacious, and the pool was beautiful! The “guards” were a little petty, but I’m sure they have reason. Parking was easy and the elevators were sufficient.

Beware this unit. If you are sensitive/ allergic to mold, steer clear. The vents are ridden with mold. The bathroom ceiling in the master shower is moldy. The whole place reeks of it. The oven was unusable except for our last day there. Maintenence fixed it after 6 days of our stay. The toaster is broken. One pillowcase was moldy!!! Everything is very dated. The ceiling fan light in the large suite doesn't even have chain to turn on the light. The drawer in the kitchen has the laminate coming off. It scratched us multiple times. The bed in the master suite was so hard. It was like laying on a slab of rock. Only one sliding door actually locked. One chain on the main doors did not have the end piece to actually chain it. The kitchen faucet just flops to and fro, does not stay in place. Main issue is the mold and the smell. It is a serious health hazard. The whole place needs serious mold remediation. The beach was lovely. The pool was nice. The employees were kind and courteous. We love the resort but will never book 1111 ever again.

Loved the condo! Very clean and spacious. Great ocean view. Check in was SO simple even with multiple families and vehicles staying at our condo.

Cozy beach getaway

Location was perfect. Close to everything but far enough it for it not to be loud and full of tourists. Resort staff were exceptionally friendly. Felt safe with all of the security. Home was clean and had all the supplies we needed.

We will be back!

Property manager was super helpful and fast responding! We had a short stay for a football tournament but we enjoyed it so much! The beds are like sleeping on a cloud, amazing views….will definitely be back to stay longer

This property was perfect for our family of 12. It does need a little tlc but nothing major. The only complaint is the floor needs a good scrubbing. I would definitely recommend this place and may book again for future visits.

Great opportunity for the Family gathering

We had plenty of room to gather and to separate. The space was clean and had everything we needed to cook a meal and convenient to restaurants if we wanted to eat out. Plenty of parking. Loved the condo. Will stay here again.

We had a few issues at first but Hanna our VBRO representative was very helpful in our request to resolve the issues. Beautiful facility and our condo was very nice
