Cabin was beautiful. I liked the way it was decorated too. Views and location were great. We liked the hot tub. Beds were very comfortable and towels very soft.In the evening we played Texas Shuffleboard downstairs. Had a fun time! We had 4 adults. There were 3 bedrooms - one on each level with a bathroom for each.

Great home in the Smoky Mountains. About a 15 minute drive from downtown Gatlinburg, not within walking distance. In a rental community, so very safe.

We found the perfect location in Gatlinburg! The property was exactly as described, and communication with Lynn was top-notch from start to finish. The cabin was spotless and well-stocked, with beautiful mountain-lodge-inspired décor throughout that perfectly complemented the setting. We especially loved the privacy provided by the separate bedroom floors and attached bathrooms, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The spacious deck was the perfect place to relax and take in the incredible mountain views. We even had the exciting experience of seeing a bear—not too close, thankfully! It absolutely made everyone’s day and added an unforgettable touch to our trip. Thank you, Lynn and Donald, for sharing your lovely cabin. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing mountain getaway!

Overall perfect. We loved being up the mountain and tucked away in our own world. The property was as advertised. It was spotless and we had everything we needed.The area was perfect and it was a short drive to civilization where we were able to find great restaurants and supplies. Lynn was very responsive to phone calls and was very helpful in advice on managing bears. Speaking of bears, we experienced 4 of them on our first full day. In addition, we had a bobcat visit us on our last night. It was all awesome.

This really was the best! We had a wonderful stay here. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our group of 7. We cooked most of our meals at the cabin (Food City nearby was super convenient for groceries) and had a great time enjoying the hot tub and pool table. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom, and the washer and dryer were great to have too. The views from the deck are absolutely incredible at all hours of the day. Bears were active in the area and we saw one nearly every day of our stay. This cabin has proper locks on the trash cans (other cabins did not) but be careful not to leave any food in your car and to lock it at all times. We were so busy having fun that we didn't get a chance to use the community pool, but it looked great-- maybe next time! We will absolutely book this cabin again. Lynn is a fantastic host and was very responsive and great to communicate with.

Overall pleasant stay, The hot tub had a rotten eggs smell when turning on the jets. There are a few nails sticking up on the deck that need to be take care of.

We stay in a cabiin a Black Bear Falls every year as we love the location. High Mountain Lodge was excellent. The cabin owner was very organized and responsive. The beds were comfortable. We had a minor issue with the alarm system, but were able to resolve it quickly with help from the owner. We have no complaints and would stay here again.

What a beautiful cabin! The view of the mountains was amazing. We loved sitting on the porch taking in the peace and beauty that surrounded us. The cabin was a perfect fit for my family of 4. My husband and I were on our own floor, as were our 2 adult kids, so we all had our private space and bathrooms. The location was ideal for visiting Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed ourselves and did so many fun activities that the area had to offer. AND, we saw a lot of bear, too! A perfect Smoky Mountain family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay - the views from the decks were amazing, and we got to see bears (on our to-do list). Bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed; overall, we'd recommend it to anyone wanting a unique experience of the Gatlinburg area.
