Our family of 3 has stayed at several different Black Bear Falls cabins over the years & this one is our favorite. It is well-appointed / felt very private, was impeccably clean, and the host was very communicative. The thoughtful touches like waters in the fridge, special makeup removing washcloths, complimentary coffee pods/teas, and a drawer full of board games also meant alot to us. We plan to book again!

Communication with owners was great. Liked the location, close to downtown but away from all the crowds. Beds were very comfy.

10th Anniversary Trip

We loved our cabin! It was clean, quiet, away from the busy tourist areas but an easy drive to get where you need to. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Escape!

Great place to stay while visiting Gatlinburg and surrounding areas. This was our second stay in Black bear falls cabin community. Very quiet and private yet very easy access to the the all the attractions!
