L'isola di STJ ha bisogno di visitatori e siamo sopravvissuti agli uragani con danni minimi! Per favore, vieni a trovarci!

Villa Carolina è una fetta di paradiso privata e serena situata in una prestigiosa area di Coral Bay conosciuta come Alta Carolina. È molto elevato ed è incastonato nella collina al confine con il Parco Nazionale delle Isole Vergini. I bar, i ristoranti e i negozi caratteristici di Coral Bay sono solo cinque minuti giù per la collina. Le famose spiagge di North Shore di St. John è a meno di 10 minuti. Francis Bay e Maho Bay sono i più vicini. Diverse spiagge verso l'East End, sono anche a circa 10 minuti di auto. Le sabbie incredibilmente piacevoli di Salt Pond sono forse a 15 minuti di distanza. È il posto perfetto per godersi entrambi i lati dell'isola.

QUESTA POSIZIONE ESCLUSIVA, GATED, CONOSCE UNINTERRUPT, 225 GRADI, VISTA PANORAMICA sulla Carolina Valley, tutta Coral Bay, fuori dall'East End di St. John verso Norman, Peter, Salt, Cooper, Ginger e Beef Islands, e fino a Virgin Gorda. Sono 30 miglia! Direttamente a nord-est è Drake's Channel e West End, Tortola. Spettacolari albe sul ponte sono uno spettacolo da vedere e le serate di osservazione delle stelle sono fuori dal mondo. È uno scenario da "cartolina" indimenticabile.

Rilassati sull'ampio ponte della piscina. Siediti sulle sdraio completamente reclinabili o ritirati nei comodi mobili in vimini all'ombra. Galleggia tutto il giorno nella piscina a sfioro. Leggi un libro e guarda le barche a vela ballare nei Caraibi blu acqua. Porta fuori il frullatore e mescola un "antidolorifico". Accendi il barbecue e goditi un pasto a base di pesce locale o aragosta al tavolo da pranzo all'aperto. Decisioni. Decisioni. Decisioni.

L'accesso wireless a Internet è disponibile in tutta la casa e a bordo piscina, per quelli di voi che proprio non riescono a lasciarsi alle spalle il mondo reale. Vergognatevi.

La spaziosa Great Room con i soffitti della cattedrale vi invita a rilassarvi sui lussuosi mobili Tommy Bahama. Cinque serie di portefinestre in mogano scorrono sul ponte soleggiato della piscina per rendere più semplice la vita all'aperto. Le brezze ad arco consentono agli alisei rinfrescanti di circolare nella villa. I ventilatori a soffitto abbondano e i pavimenti in piastrelle messicani sono solo un altro tocco di classe. La cucina gourmet ha tutto il necessario per preparare pasti fantastici in grande stile e il tuo chef avrà molto spazio per mettersi al lavoro. Non abbiamo trascurato nulla; cucina a gas, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, grande frigorifero con macchina per il ghiaccio, macchina per il caffè, tostapane e un'isola cucina con un lavandino da bar aggiuntivo.

Due camere da letto si trovano ai lati opposti della Great Room per una completa privacy delle coppie. Sono master suite di dimensioni simili ed entrambe hanno porte francesi che si affacciano sul ponte della piscina. I bagni identici dispongono di ampi armadi, doppie toelette piastrellate e docce con grotta in pietra a cielo aperto. Una scala interna conduce alla terza camera da letto con un ponte privato e un bagno completo con doccia in pietra. Tutte le camere sono dotate di letti queen size e la terza camera ha un divano letto aggiuntivo. Tutte le camere hanno anche l'aria condizionata, ma raramente sono necessarie a causa delle grandi brezze e dei ventilatori a soffitto.

Villa Carolina è estremamente popolare e ha molti ospiti abituali, quindi ti consigliamo di prenotare in anticipo (con 6 mesi di anticipo) per prenotare la tua settimana in paradiso. Se per qualche motivo non veniamo prenotati entro 30 giorni dal periodo di vacanza desiderato, ti preghiamo di contattarci, poiché spesso forniamo sconti per noleggi con breve preavviso.

Ci scusiamo, ma a causa di problemi legali con la piscina, non possiamo permettere ai bambini di età compresa tra 8 mesi e 8 anni per soggiornare a Villa Carolina. SPIACENTE. Occasionalmente facciamo eccezioni. Chiedi solamente.

We loved our stay at Villa Carolina! This is our third stay there. The view is outstanding and the Villa is very comfortable and well-equipped. After enjoying the beaches and snorkeling, it was great to come back to we the lovely pool and gorgeous grounds. Hopefully, we will be back next year!

What a stunning retreat! Our family of four, with children ages 12 and 15, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Carolina! Perfectly located, these accommodations are situated near the beautiful North Shore beaches as well as to popular dining spots such as Lime Out (floating taco bar), Skinny Legs, and Johnny Lime. The paved roads make it easier to access the home and once there, the views are unparalleled! We were especially surprised at what a peaceful location this was, and the pool was the perfect place to unwind after the day's beach / hiking adventure. A modern villa with a well stocked kitchen, this home beautifully captures Caribbean life with tropical foliage and large arched doors that we frequently opened to enjoy the breezes. (Bedrooms have air conditioning with ceiling fans.) If you are particularly sensitive to the sights and sounds of a lush national park, I would suggest you bring an eye mask for early morning sunrises and a sound machine / ear plugs for nature (birds, frogs,...) living its best life. Otherwise, take full advantage of the creation that St. John has to offer. Lastly, we are grateful for the host's hospitality. Questions were answered promptly via text, and Sean went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely stay. As a result, we would recommend Villa Carolina to others.

The National park was closed except for the beaches high were beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with a more than adequate amount of dishes. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Fantastic property

This is our third location that we have stayed at in St. John. Fantastic property-very comfortable bedrooms and the view was wonderful. All amenities were in great condition overall. Communication with the property manager/owner was also excellent-We had no issues at all and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Small family vacation

From the the amazing house and views, to the easy communication with Sean, this home was simply spectacular. The online pictures do not do the properties view and landscape justice. The property is on a large, secluded lot towards the top of the mountain. Views so good, it was hard to leave the outoor area, and head to beaches or town. Thanks for a great trip.

Amazing Stay

The pictures do not do this villa justice, it's even more spectacular than the photos. The villa is perfectly located on the island to access all the beaches. On arrival it was spotless and the outdoor showers were so unique. Overall we loved our stay here and hope to return.

This property exceeded all expectations, and we had an amazing and truly unforgettable vacation and 30th anniversary celebration. Amazing Property with Spectacular Views

This was our third visit to St. John and this property was our favorite. A great location with easy access to north shore beaches and Coral Bay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had all the equipment needed, everything was very clean and the views were amazing. The pool was our favorite place to spend every afternoon. All the amenities were in good condition. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had no issues and would highly recommend.

Fantastic house in a fantastic place

Villa Carolina is everything we could have wanted in a vacation home in St John. It's beautifully appointed; it was clean and well-kept; it's quiet. And the view of Coral Bay from the pool deck is spectacular. Communication with the host was great. The written instructions were clear and covered everything we needed to know.The pictures really don't do the home justice. If you are looking for relaxation at the east end of St. John, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back.

This house always delivers. We had such a restful time. The house is beautiful, well-supplied, and quiet. Communication with the owners went very smoothly. We love being away from the business of Cruz Bay, and the proximity to the lovely north shore beaches of St John. We will definitely be back.

Great place, great views

The pictures don't do the views justice. They are fantastic. The house itself is as advertised. It's well appointed and clean. The layout works really well, as all bedrooms can be accessed indoors, directly from the main room. The location makes it easy to access just about any location on the entire island in approx. 25 minutes or less. The best beaches are much closer.The owner was very easy to deal with and checked in to see how we doing on a regular basis. We would definitely stay there again.

We all had a wonderful time at Villa Carolina and the Coral Bay side of the island. So many fun things to do as a family. The home had more than enough room for the 6 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the outside deck area and pool. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Sean was easy to contact and responded readily to our questions. We all hope to return to Villa Carolina again.

Lovely Home

Beautiful house with a spacious common area that comfortably accommodated the five of us. Although we don’t do much cooking on vacation, I think this may have been the best equipped kitchen we’ve found in a beach house. And we appreciated that the driveway wasn’t so steep as to be difficult to navigate. The sunrise woke us at 5:30 every morning, but it was so beautiful it was hard to object!

Perfect house for couples!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The incredible view was just as presented in the pictures. Living space was clean and comfortable. The two identical main floor bedrooms were comfortable and perfect for us and our friends. The Villa was well stocked with kitchen essentials, beach gear, towels, etc. The main living area and bedrooms were very comfortable with just the ceiling fans as there was a nice breeze throughout our stay. Sean promptly responded to all our questions and was very thorough with instructions. The drive up to the house was steep in parts with several switchbacks. But after a few days, we were much more comfortable with the driving. I would highly recommend this property!

I have been visiting St. John for about 35 years. This sublime and spectacular island grabbed a hold of me on the first visit, and I had hoped to one day have my own piece of paradise.

I've been fortunate enough to make that happen, and lucky enough to share it with others.

We chose the Coral Bay area to be 'on the quiet side' and we chose the home site for the view and elevated location. We also considered this a very easy and convenient spot to enjoy both sides of the island. While looking at the property for a possible purchase back in 1988, we had to climb a tree to see the view. We almost fell out! When we had the home built in 2000 and 2001, we made sure to leave that tree, and it is right at the top of the driveway now.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The location of the property provides for some of the best views on the island. You can see 11 islands all the way down to Virgin Gorda, as well as over all of Coral Bay and the Carolina Valley. There's just no way that any picture can do it justice! Sunrises are truly amazing. Fantastic breezes are common! The villa borders the National Park and is totally private. There is no through traffic. A true escape.
