Full galley kitchen, dining area and open family room with another living room at the back of the home. All 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor. 1st level has sofa bed in the back living room, laundry. Full bath on each floor. Outdoor shower.
No electric bikes, hoverboards, or scooters with lithium batteries allowed for safety reasons. No electric car recharging. No Smoking.
