The one-bedroom interior features a spacious, single-level layout equipped with all the comforts of home.

Watch favorite movies and shows on the TV, surf the web using the free WiFi, or hop into the stainless steel full kitchen (with dishwasher) and whip up tasty meals with ease. Central air-conditioning and a private washer and dryer round out the in-home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great space, location and ease of stay. The Condo was mostly clean with a few details missed. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay. You’re close to the beach, and just a short walk away from beautiful beaches or a short drive away from attractions in Pensacola and Destin.

Won’t stay again

I was given the wrong code and had to contact someone to get in. The a/c didn’t work good off the bat and someone had to get a technician there for a repair. The bathroom shower drain was clogged and I had to unclog it. Not any pillows and linens for couch bed. Wouldn’t recommend

Pros- view of the bay; close to the beach Cons- condo looks worn down; kitchen cookware needs to be updated; furniture upholstery needs to be cleaned/refreshed; not sure if linens were clean; construction was going on right above us all week; pool was not available (information was not shared until one day before arrival); this experience made me question if I would still book with vacasa.

I loved the view out back. I enjoyed walking on the pier and watching fish jump. I loved sitting on the edge of the water and having beach therapy.

Great getaway!

This was perfect for us! It was far enough away from the congestion & busyness of Pensacola. It was a quiet area which was nice. The pool was clean & the view of the bay was beautiful.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

If you are looking for a low key vacation, Navarre is your place and the location of this home makes it even better. Most days we had a decent beach area to ourselves. The property is quiet with very few guests coming and going and the pool was not crowded. The home could use a deep clean and some updates, but it was a great place to rest our heads at night and the location over delivered. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect location

Location was perfect. Inside maintenance was lacking. Paint pealing on most baseboards & cabinets . Everything inside also was not too clean. Blind’s dust obstructed beautiful view.

Bargain Beach Hunters

Location was very good and close to the beach but facing the harbor. Clean and comfortable but somewhat dated and in need of repair. Kitchen adequately stocked but missing good cookware. First floor unit so noise from above was not pleasant. Called to lodge a complaint and it was better for one night. Overall a nice experience but would not select for a 2nd stay.

The condominium was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed provided utmost comfort, ensuring a restful stay. However, it would be beneficial to arrange for a maintenance professional to address minor touch-ups, such as paint repair, and replace or mend the screen door. Overall, we consider the property to be great value for the cost of our stay. Since 2014, we have consistently visited Navarre during the first week of July and October. We have had the opportunity to stay in various condominiums within Sunset Harbor, and we firmly believe that this particular unit stands out and warrants a future reservation. Sincerely, The Tibbs
