Great Break from the Cold

This place lived up to the pictures and more. Salvador was an awesome concierge. He told us all the spots to hit and they were great food and atmosphere. People here were very nice and very accommodating. We never felt unsafe.We did run into a medical issue with my 82 year old father and Salvador pointed us in the right direction which was super helpful and very kind. He always checked in with us to see if there was anything he could do. We will be back that is for sure. So much to do next time.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and allowing us to create some very special moments.

Fantastic Home And Location

We just wrapped up a week-long vacation at Casablanca. There were eight of us - four adults and four kids under the age of ten. The home exceeded our expectations. The size and layout are great. Lots of large outdoor spaces and plenty of seating options. Kids and grownups all loved the pool, and there were plenty of pool toys. They also provide lots of beach towels. The beach is right outside the back gate. The home has a few boogie boards which were great for the waves. We enjoyed sunsets every night from the palapa. We parked our rental car in the gated driveway, and left two golf carts outside the gate. We never had any issues and always felt safe in this location. The home is perfectly situated for quick access to all that Potrero and Flamingo have to offer.The ownership was easy to communicate with. We would 100% rent this home again.

Great family vacation home

We had 2 families staying here with kids aged 7-12. The home was lovely and the perfect size for us. Our 2 older girls loved staying in the “apartment”. They felt like they had their own cute little space. The pool was wonderful and very clean. We also spent several hours at the beach. Manager gave many great local recommendations and communication was great. Also, very convenient location to Flamingo beach, Playa Potrero and the marina. Highly recommend.

Wonderful House and location

We stayed at Casablanca Feb 1-8, 2025. There were 7 adults. We had a wonderful time. The house was everything we expected and more. It was clean and had many extras we weren't expecting. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had plenty of water pressure. The pool was great. I personally hung out by the pool more than the beach. There is a somewhat steep incline from the backyard to the beach and it was a black sand beach. The house was located very close to the local grocery store and walking distance to a small strip center with a pharmacy and coffee shop (Nita coffee). I would recommend renting a car since the grocery store is a little further. The house is equipped with a security system which was highly recommended by the property manager. It was pretty secure from the main entrance with a remote gate There was also an alarm for the gate in the backyard to the beach which we used as well. The only thing we didn't like was it could be a little confusing arming it plus one night it stopped working (wouldn't arm) when we were headed out for a dinner reservation which made us a little nervous. When we called the property manager (Salvatore) he was very quick to come to the house and try to remedy the problem, though the system wouldn't even work for him so he stayed at the house in the backyard in our gazebo to stand watch while we were out. The problem was fixed the next morning. I highly recommend staying at Casablanca, you won't be sorry.
