Great house, host was very responsive and resolved our one issue very quickly! We had 3 families staying with 6 children total and had plenty of room!

Positives - Great View Kitchen and entire 2nd floor area to the front are outstanding Parking area is large and easy to access, Beach area is very nice and easy to travel. The elevator is a HUGE plus. There is everything one would want for cooking and dining there. Stephanie was VERY responsive to all inquiries. The 3rd floor master suite is very impressive. Showers were excellent. having a coffee maker with both Kurig and brew features was much appreciated. The icemaker made it easy to always have ice. The second refrigerator was appreciatedThe touchpad entry system is a most positive benefitThings to consider addressing. The mattresses are VERY tired, and need replacing. Consider having luggage racks in all bedrooms. Throw rugs in 2nd floor BRs need replacing. Overall, we really enjoy our stay there. The mattress situation was the only reason to rate a 4 instead of a 5. As a previous condo owner in Orange Beach, I appreciated the nice touches in this home. THANKS

The house is beautiful. I actually got married there 14 years ago. The beach is just a few steps out the back door. The house has anything you need for grilling, seafood boil or a breakfast spread. If you have questions or need anything the host is quick to respond! I Highly recommend this house!

Our beach stay exceeded all expectations! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning views. The accommodations were spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. Every detail made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun—we highly recommend it!

This house was perfect for our family. We travel every year with a large group and this house had all the big things and all the little things that make a great family vacation. So many supplies in the kitchen, coffee makers, air fryer, toaster, lots of pots and pans and dishes. Extra refrigerator that we used for drinks. There was a pack and play, baby gate and high chair there, as well as folding tables. Host is VERY responsive. We had one small issue and it was handled within a few hours. House is on the beach and we loved it.

We had a great time had a few issues with the elevator but nothing huge! One of the tubs have not drained. The owner was going to send the plumber out, but I told her to cancel because my husband was able to get that cleared up completely several of the tallest don’t flush or have a hard time lesson and have to be flushed multiple times, so definitely needs some looking at on the plumbing and the drain on drain. Think it would be a simple fix other than that. Great communication she did offer to send me a refund of some sort for us fixing the tub at this time. She has not done that she may still as we just checked out today but as of today she has not but very clean lots of toys and chairs down below to take to the beach. It is a little bit of a walk to the actual water and with the sand and gone uphill just a tad bit was a little bit hard for my 70 year-old mom and dad but other than that would definitely stay there again also, the AC downstairs is not nearly as cold as the one upstairs.

Property was very nice, clean, on the beach, and had beautiful views. Unfortunately, there was extremely loud construction next door from 7 AM to around 5 PM every day of our stay. This woke everyone in the house and made it difficult to site on the deck. Had we been made aware in advance, we likely would’ve looked elsewhere.

Beautiful property! Easy check in and out. Close to shopping and restaurants but still far enough away to be a peaceful retreat.

Perfect for family groups

Perfect size and quality for four families to relax a few days on the beach together. Perfect location away from large hotels and yet still close to restaurants in Gulf Shores.

This was a family event and everyone enjoyed the stay. All aspects of the Beach house was easy from initial entry to closing out. The bedrooms, kitchen and common areas were well done and very nice. We had Thanksgiving there and were pleasantly surprised the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare and cook our specialties. Being located on the beach was nice and it was a short walk to the water. Thank goodness for the lift as it is definitely needed. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend the House on the Beach.

Our stay here was phenomanal ! We had plenty of room for everyone. The view was spectacular and beach acess was great. We called Ikes chair rental & they provided beach chairs & umbrellas the whole time we were there. We would stay here again ! Stephanie was a great communicator! Things we did buy that we didnt have there were beach towels which we didnt mind doing.
