Welcome to Serenity at Seagrove located in the beautiful community of NatureWalk. NatureWalk backs up to Point Washington State Forest with the convenience of its close proximity to Watercolor, Seaside, and Seagrove - making this the perfect 30A location! There is a little something for everyone to enjoy - two community pools (one seasonally heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, firepits, grills, playground, volleyball, basketball and pickleball courts, and even bike/walking trails! Enjoy biking distance to WaterColor Crossing to partake of its dining and shopping options (including Publix).

Serenity at Seagrove has plenty of space for the whole family with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms plus a loft area with a sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy quiet time on not one, but two different outdoor screened porches after enjoying a nice meal from the fully stocked kitchen. Our beach home also includes a 6 seater golf cart, 4 adult bikes, beach towels, 6 beach chairs and beach umbrella for guest use.

Wonderful property setup for families. All rooms had a private bathroom, walk to the pool was perfect, bike path directly to San Juan was steps away from the home. Golf cart helped immensely.

We had a great time! The home was beautiful and perfect for our family. Located in a lovely community close to everything. Easy beach access, great pools and having the bikes and golf cart were a huge plus! We will be coming back again

The property was perfect for our friend/family vacation. We were able to comfortably fit 4 adults 2 teens and 3 littles. The house is on a quiet street close enough to walk or use the golf cart to get to the community pool beach access is a short golf cart drive. Loved the stay and Erin was the best host.

Great house!

We’ve been to this area over the last 10 years and this was by far our favorite rental. The house was very clean and our family of five had plenty of room. Erin was so quick to communicate and excellent to work with. The provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and the golf cart were wonderful to have. The kitchen was also very well stocked. Great week in a great house!

Great house!

We loved this house! We traveled with one other family and the house had plenty of space for us. The house is right next to the sand volleyball courts. Our toddlers loved the sand! The sheets in the house were better than other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked. Great porch to take off sandy clothes/shoes. The location was wonderful. We gained more house space, but the drive to 30A wasn’t bad. My only complaint would be the golf cart. We would have loved to know how far we could drive on a full battery(we were a little nervous of getting stranded). Lastly, our group was 4 adults and 4 kids. We really should have rented an extra golf cart. No fault to the house though, just a learning experience!

We loved this house! We've stayed in several Nature Walk houses over the years and this one was a favorite. It was more stocked than expected and the proximity to the pool is fantastic instead of being in the far back of the neighborhood. The golf cart is super useful and fun. The bunk bed in the kids' room is sturdy and has decent rails which we always pay attention to as parents. Communication with the owner and the local contact was great. We had a small issue while we were there - no fault of the owner - and both contacts were responsive and helpful. 10/10 stay!

This lovely property was very clean and inviting...and possibly the most well stocked of any rental property I've visited. There were ample supplies of spices, oils, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Having a downstairs master with ensuite bathroom was ideal for those with limited mobility and the upstairs was beautifully furnished and each bedroom had ample space and the separate porch overlooking the street was wonderful. The provided street legal "golf cart" easily transported us to the beach access and shopping area/grocery store, restaurants etc. nearby. Parking at the beach is somewhat crowded so we drove our chairs and set up early (around 7:00am) to ensure our spot on the sand and then returned by 9:00am when the parking spaces were filling up.I can't recommend this house enough! We hope to return next year.
