Great location, host was very helpful and easy to contact. Very clean Condo beautiful views. We always felt safe. Great gym and well kept pool area. Enjoyed our two month stay.

We enjoyed out stay, especially the fully equipped kitchen. Our host was especially helpful.

Winter get away

Our stay at The Strand was very nice . Great location, very relaxing, sunsets and water view were a plus! Clara our agent was always available to answer any questions we had . We would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Condo was very clean, great location, and a quiet community. We could walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and a nice park. The community amenities were great. We used the workout center daily, pool in the afternoon, and dog run. We rent often in Florida and this is one of the nicer units we have stayed at.

Excellent property

My husband and I stayed for a month while waiting on completion of our villa. Great location and beautiful canal view out to the bay. Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Easy communication with the property manager. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice apartment in a good location on a canal

Nice apartment in a new building in a great location. It would have been nicer if there was a loveseat or additional furniture on the balcony. And, the bedsheets could have been a better quality. I expected better attention to details for the money. But, all in all we had a nice stay.

Sarasota Adventure

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Strand . The managment company was so welcoming to us, and left a little welcome bag with some coffees and treats. The condo we stayed in was immaculate, and it had everything in the condo you could use to cook. It was well stocked with items for cooking. It even had an electric grill which we loved. We had the perfect view of beautiful sunsets to watch from the balcony. We were able to bring our Teddy (our little dachshund with us) and he loved it too. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

They gave wrong entry code stand two hrs trying to call every one . They changed code one day before thinking we won,y be there. Worst experience with VRBO Rental

We're very surprised by your very harsh review. We were not made aware of any long wait time as we answered your call at 11:30pm (your planned arrival time), after which you got immediate access to the unit. There was just a typo with the code - human error does happen from time to time and we apologize about that. No need to be rude as we're trying our best to make all our guests feel at home in Sarasota.
