The property was nice, but the elevators in the building are horrible. Sometimes you will stand there for up to thirty minutes , waiting on an elevator to go up or down. 570 rooms and 7 elevators and 1 of them was down the hole week. We won't be going back...

The balcony was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was a partially eaten pop tart on one of the tables and a candy bar wrapper.There was a smell that came from the washer that was very strong but it was addressed in a timely manner.The elevator weight times are a real issue and one of the elevators was out of order for the length of our stay.

Great September Stay

Our family had not been in a real vacation in ten years, we selected this property thru VRBO and had a great time and we were very pleased with our stay, so much in fact, we stayed an additional night.

The condo was everything we hoped it would be!! Location was great, the view was beautiful!! One downfall was a new mattress is needed in the 2nd bedroom.

I would rent this condo again. My only complaint would be the ceiling fan in the guest room wouldn’t change speed. I needed more air movement and couldn’t get that fan to change.

Perfect representation of Panama City Beach

Then property was exactly as advertised. Beach view condo and very spacious. Everything we needed was provided and was within walking distance of everything we wanted. It was a pleasure staying at their home.

Great place

This property was absolutely stunning! Up-to-date, clean, and homey. The only thing that I would have to complain about is that Tidewater has a horrible elevator system. People waited up to an hour to get their loading carts on an elevator

Dream Unit

Best decor and style I have seen since I discovered Tidewater! Renovation and upgrades are fantastic along with the TV, especially on rain/fog filled days when stuck inside. Pools & hot tubs were not crowded during this time and you can never beat the view of the sunset from the balcony! Loved this unit and can't wait to come back!

Nice unit

Unit was as described. Lots of space for our group of 6. Elevators are the only inconvenience, but the property try’s very hard to help control the flow. I would definitely recommend this unit and property.

Family Trip

Condo was beautiful, clean and the view was perfect. Perfect for our family of 5. The biggest downfall for this condo is the elevators. Waiting 20+ minutes every time is not okay and the resort needs to do better.

Awesome view

This was a very nice condo, with an amazing view! We loved being walking distance to the pier and pier park. The only complaint we really have is the wait for elevators and how crowded the beach is in that area. We were there during a busy time, so this is not at all the owners fault. Courtney was an awesome host and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
