This room needs some serious attention.. The couch, chairs at the dinning room table were absolutely grungy and dirty. Master shower was clogged, no water pressure in the second bathroom in the sink. In the living room, rugs needs to be tossed They were very worn and nasty. I stayed in this room years ago, but not under Blue Swell management.. It was a very nice room. The write up on this room does not meet requirements that you say it is.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first entered the condo, it looked just like the pictures and was very spacious. For the most part, it was clean and looked well kept. The ocean view and location were absolutely perfect!The biggest downside was that we found three live cockroaches and a few dead ones during our stay. I know bugs can unfortunately be an issue in Florida, but it definitely freaked me out and was unsettling.The only other thing I would recommend improving is providing more detailed instructions for getting into the parking garage and finding the condo. My husband and I were pretty confused during check-in and had a hard time figuring out where to go once we parked.Overall, we really enjoyed the location, spaciousness, and beautiful ocean view. With a little more detailed check-in information and better pest control, it would be an even better experience.

Great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Easy set up on the ocean- 3 pools- one main pool that gets crowded if you don't secure chairs early- then two smaller pools across street connected by skywalk. Smallest pool was the warmest and kids enjoyed the kids pool.

Amazing stay! Beautiful condo and resort. We were given the wrong parking garage and door code for the condo but communication was great and the issues were fixed quickly!
