Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're so happy your family had a magical stay — from the themed rooms to game room and that surprise little tykes car for the littles. It sounds like everyone found something special to enjoy. We're also glad we could make things right with the pool and hot tub issue, and that it didn't take away from your overall experience. Thank you so much for staying with us and for such a detailed review! We're so glad the cleanliness, quick responses, and kitchen setup (especially that air fryer!) made such a positive difference in your stay. We appreciate you mentioning the spa temperature and the pool deck lights — we'll be sure to look into those so they're addressed for future guests. And since we do have other properties in the Orlando area, we'd love to host you again at one of them on a future trip!

Thank you so much for this incredibly thoughtful review! It truly means the world to hear how much the house contributed to your holiday — whether as the cherry on the cake or the main reason you could relax and enjoy it so much. We're so glad the little details stood out too, from the Guest View touchscreen to having all the everyday essentials on hand. We work hard to strike that balance between a professionally run property and a true home away from home, so this means a lot. Thank you for such a generous and detailed review — we'd love to welcome your family back anytime!
