The Cottage on Kirby 5 min to Airport/Pet-Friendly

Enjoy retro flare in this comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath cottage; located next to Nashville's International Airport. This home is perfect for you if you want to stay-in and relax or take a short drive to enjoy local attractions such as Nashville's Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman Auditorium, the Grand Ole Opry, and many more attractions. We are a pet-friendly house, with a fully fenced in backyard.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets

We do not allow parties at this property. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance or audio recording. It simply notifies guests and us when the noise levels has reached a volume that would disturb the neighbors.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
