Quiet and spacious, spread out and relax in this one of a kind space. Oversized outdoor patio with 10 burner gas grill. Large bedrooms - one with King and one with two Queens. Sleeper sofa in study. Beautiful master suite with jetted, jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and walk in shower. Cathedral Canyon is well located at southern most tip of Palm Springs and right at the start of Cathedral City. Easy access to Palm Springs downtown or the other direction to Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage. You'll want to make this your desert oasis every year!

Large, comfortable condo

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was big, comfortable and had an amazing outdoor patio that overlooked a small lake and golf course. The community was quiet and friendly and the pool was very close. The check-in process was super easy and the communication with the owner was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Community, patio great, house outdated.

What we loved-the community, the neighbors, the patio to watch golfers-Par 3 hole, pond with ducks, geese and wildlife. A place to gather with our family. Sadly this home showed well in the photos, but it is very outdated. We understood it to be immaculate from a cleanliness perspective but we would say it was clean, and this is not an issue with the maid. The maids do a great job, it’s the house itself. Needs an update badly. For the price we paid, we expected it to be a 9/10, but would rate it a 6-7/10. The patio furniture was dirty, and needs replacing. The bedding, towels are yellowed. Master bed has a mattress top which makes it very soft. With all this we had an unexpected experience for not only us, but the owner as well. Two skunks took up residence under the cavity of the jetted tub in the ensuite bathroom. While the owner had someone take care of the situation (only after us requesting getting this resolved TODAY vs tomorrow), we felt he was more interested in finding out who was responsible for any costs incurred to take care of removing the skunks vs taking care of his guests. After all said and done, WE hired a company to come spray a skunk neutralizer to help with the smell. We spent 4 nights in the second bedroom. (Thankfully our family had not arrived yet, so we closed off the master suite and stayed in the second bedroom). The owner did have the maid come to clean after one full week for the master bedroom and second bedroom. Disappointed overall.

She is a Weimaraner and just wonderful. I work as a real estate Broker in North Texas also serving Southern California.

The property is really, really nice. The furniture is all in great condition and very comfortable. The views from the kitchen, dining and living room are just incredible - golf course with mountain backdrop. The property sits on a small lake with awesome wildlife. Love sitting out and feeding the ducks. It's just so quiet and pretty that you can't help getting into the vacation mode even if you are trying to work! You have no choice but to slow down, take a deep breath, and go our for a nice walk. The condo is very well equipped as far as kitchen, towels, linens, pillows, throws, flat screens, cable, etc. Heated Pool is directly across from condo with powerful spa. 2 car attached garage and full size washer dryer are a big plus for your vacation. Gated community. Close to everything - Palm Springs or Palm Desert - 10 minutes to anything.

2 car attached garage, golf cart garage, heated pool and spa directly across, mountain and golf course backdrop, water front, wildlife, well equipped for a comfortable stay, very nice furniture and decorations, bathrooms are very plush, tall ceilings, skylights, unique sunken wet bar. You'll sink right in and won't want to leave.
