Great location and beautiful view

Great location on Maui to easily get to all our excursions. Walkable to the harbor for many water excursions, that was a huge plus! Beautiful view from the balcony! Quiet location and very comfortable beds.

Love the sound of those ocean waves

We had a wonderful stay. The view of the ocean and the sound of the waves from the M. Bedroom & family room was amazing. I would definately recommend staying here.

Perfect condo for our plans over a short weekend!

We chose this location due to proximity to the Airport and Haleakala Crater as we were there for only a long weekend. It met our needs and was very comfortable and quiet.

great for couples or families

This is our second time at this location (different units), the first time with kids and the second time without. Loved it both times! Great central locations to most of the island and all the comforts of home! The restaurant at the ocean center is great!

First trip to Maui

Great location and accommodations. The condo was very nice, and the views of the ocean were great. Watching the whales and the sea turtles from the condo was a perk. Very peaceful area which was extremely beneficial when you're on vacation. Being close to the harbor for our excursions was only a 10-minute walk. Overall, a great vacation. We will be back again. Thanks!

Love this street because it is so quiet and near everything. The condo was very clean and had everything you could want in the kitchen and separate a/c units for each room. I would stay here again Also any questions I had were answered promptly before my arrival.

Fantastic!

Had to be the best property we have ever had the pleasure to stay at! The furnishings, along with the updated kitchen and bath were just perfect. Ocean views can be somewhat barren but having the mountain across the bay and the palm trees that were tall enough to not block the view, were just amazing. Please extend our sincerest appreciation to the owners for sharing this beautiful property.

Great comfort in convenient central location if you have a car....

This property is a bit dated on the outside, but very comfortable inside. It is very generously equipped with everything for beach trips and for cooking and doing laundry. The lanai is pleasant and affords a great view to the ocean and sunsets. Maalea is nothing much, but you can drive to Lahaina, Kihei, Wailea. There are lots of nice beaches a drive away. Outside this condo, one can snorkel with sea turtles. The only reason I give it a lower rating is because you really have to drive to find great food, beach, shopping.

Aloha Leslie! Maalaea has shopping, coffee shops, 6 different places to eat (BBQ, Thai food, Farm to table restaurant, fish market, Carl's Jr and a cafe, an aquarium, family fun at the Maui Golf & Sports Park, and harbor activities such as whale watching and snorkeling tours.

Fabulous condo with beautiful views

This condo had absolutely everything we needed. It was clean and bright with gorgeous views of the sunrise. Conveniently located to everything our family of 4 needed. The management company was so attentive even though we didn’t need a thing. They kept in touch with us by email and over the weekend left a cell number in case we needed anything. We didn’t. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. Mahalo.

Wonderful 2nd Visit!!

My husband and I LOVED our 2nd stay at this wonderful Maalaea property! We had visited in May two years before, and during that first visit we decided that if we had the chance to return we would try to get the same unit during whale season. What an incredible experience!!! We honestly spent more time on our lanai watching whales than doing anything else. It was amazing to sit and watch a mother humpback and her calf frolicking in the waves or getting to witness four males competing for over 30 minutes for a female by smacking their massive pectoral fins and tails fins on the water from the comfort of our own private oasis. Just magical!! Of course, we also loved snorkeling, exploring the Road to Hana and just enjoying the beauty of Maui. Inside the condo there is everything needed to feel at home. The comfortable master bedroom has a stunning view of Maalaea Bay all the way up to the peak of Haleakala. The bed is very comfortable, and having a separate A/C unit in both the master, the living area and the guest bedroom makes all the difference when the winds die down (which they did several days during our 12-day visit). The bathroom is also well equipped. The living area has the same gorgeous view of the water and the mountains, so you're always experiencing the beauty of Maui. We didn't watch TV very often during our visit, but we appreciated the option to do so. And although we didn't eat at the dining table because we loved eating on the lanai, it served as a perfect place to use our laptop, etc. The kitchen is also well-equipped with most everything you would need for dining in. We ate many of our meals in the condo (we stocked up at Costco & Target near the airport in Kahalui), and the only thing we lacked was a pizza cutter - not the end of the world to say the least. Additionally, the washer and dryer in the kitchen were lifesavers. The guest bathroom is a good size, and the guest bedroom had ample closet space (including thoughtful touches like coolers, beach umbrellas and a couple of pool noodles. The only thing we would recommend is a new mattress in the guest bedroom as it is not the most comfortable. If we ever have the privilege of returning to Maui in the future, we will try our best to stay in this condo a 3rd time. It feels like a home-away-from-home, and we now carry with us cherished memories from both of our times drinking in Maalaea Bay as well as the rest of the island.

Visiting daughter who lives in Kipahulu

I loved the property. The view of Maui was BEAUTIFUL at night. The grass in the court yard is gorgeous. We loved the general store by the marina. The beach walks were great every morning. My daughter however lives too far away so next time we will stay in Hana. The property was close to the airport and the east side. Overall it was very nice.

A wonderful week in Maui!

Beautiful ocean view, centrally located. Plenty of space. Loved having 2 bathrooms! Nice tall (and adjustable) shower heads for tall people. The kitchen had everything we needed although we did bring our own spices for cooking. Enjoyed watching sea turtles from our lanai. Be aware of the wind in this area. Despite the wind we would definitely stay here again.

We are a Hawaii State -licensed vacation rental brokerage company here on Maui. We specialize in the most central location on the Valley Isle "the quaint harbor village of Maalaea". By managing a limited number of exceptional condos we are able to maintain the high quality and level of standards that we have set for ourselves as well as strive to exceed owner and guest expectations. We like to think of ourselves as “THE” Vacation Rental Company for the discerning!

5 miles of uncrowded beach, whale watching in Maalaea Bay which is the Humpback Whale calving and breeding grounds during the winter months (November through April) and Giant Green Sea Turtle watching year round right in front of the property! Ocean swimming, boogie boarding and surfing (during south swells), and windsurfing with in walking distance to the longest sugary beach on Maui! The Pacific Whale foundation is a short walk from the property so you can walk to your whale watch tour, or take educational classes without a car! A few restaurants to choose from, gas/quick mart and a family activity center featuring water bumper boats, mini golf, extreme trampoline and rock climbing! Their is a charming local store called "Maalaea General Store" 5 minutes by foot, for local eats, espresso, fruits and vegetables, liquor and lite grocery items.
