The house was nice, open and clean. A nice quiet neighborhood to rest and relax. The community poop area was a nice surprise with a nice pool amd activities available including basketball and tennis courts, volleyball net, shuffleboard and playground. Great location, about 15 minutes from the target outlets and "main drag". About 30 minutes from Rehoboth Beach. Great stay!

This was a fantastic stay!

The vacation rental home was absolutely beautiful. It was in a nice location and easy to find. The home was very clean and set up according to our needs. This was a great experience and stay.

lovely, clean, beautiful house and neighborhood, close to the beaches, and stores--house had everything and the best AC and fans for those 98 degree days !!

Excellent group stay location!

Clean and well-maintained. Instructions for access and expectations during the stay were very clear. We were here looking for future homes after retirement, and everything about our trip was successful!

Great Long Weekend

Our family had a great stay at a wonderful home. Owners were helpful and proactive leading up to our stay. Property was spotless and comfortable. It was very nice that we could do a partial week, made for the perfect long weekend!

Everything was amazing. The house was clean and the space fit our families needs perfectly. The house was ideally located and was in walking distance to the pool, basketball courts, and playground. If we ever return to Delaware we know exactly where we will be staying!!

Brand new, very clean and property is adorable!

The little personal touches were great and makes you feel welcome! Loved having the fire pit and surprised there was already wood available to use. Will definitely stay again!

A moms weekend getaway

We had such a wonderful relaxing time! The house was comfy, cozy, and so clean! Kevin was awesome with communicating too. We can’t wait to return.

If you are looking for a home convenient to baseball fields and the beach, this is for you! The home was immaculate. Very clean, updated, the hosts were attentive and friendly (we did not need anything during our stay - they are organized enough that it was all laid out!)

Relaxing Getaway

Kevin's property was a very nice and welcoming place to stay while at the beach. It was very clean, and it was easy to book and to be in contact with him. We loved the comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. We all had a wonderful time there, enjoying Rehobeth beach and boardwalk as well as Lewes and being a short drive away, but also the pool and privacy available.
