The home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was probably one of our best VRBO experiences.The Hacienda Pinilla area was beautiful, safe and everyone loved the beach club. We spent more time there than I anticipated, as the beach and pool were beautiful, and the drinks and food phenomenal.I’d like to give a huge thank you to the Ivana, Nicole and especially Loti from the concierge service. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure our vacation was perfect. We’re still going through withdrawals from Loti’s incredible breakfasts.We’re already talking about a return trip as soon as we can!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Marbella. We were there with our family, ages 15 - 85. The house had plenty of room and was very clean. We went to the Beach Club daily and enjoyed access to all of the beaches in the area. The concierge and housekeeping teams were very helpful.

Great for a family trip!

Home Base Beach Vacation

We came to Costa Rica for our son’s wedding. The house is the perfect size for a group of 12+ family and friends. The outdoor seating and pool were a nice benefit after a day in the sun at the beach. Close proximity to the beach club, golf, and several local beach spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home for a family vacation

Staying a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo was great. The home fit all 8 of us comfortably and having a pool for the kids and patio to spend time on was wonderful. Veronica, our house mom, was awesome as well and we would highly recommend having her help with breakfast and house stuff for bit, so nice!

We loved everything about the house from the house mom, layout of the house, welcoming concierge and the proximity to the beach. We would consider it again.

Enjoyed our home away from home in Costa Rica!

Definitely recommended! Plenty of room for everyone. Great landscaping and backyard pool. Easy walk to a private beach, and easy golf cart drive to the Hacienda Panilla Beach Club and the JW Marriott. “House Mom” Veronica was awesome and cooked us some great Costa Rican breakfasts :-)

We had a wonderful time. A few minor issues with the plumbing and dishwasher, but it was resolved quickly and with minimal impact on us. Would highly recommend this facility.

Perfect for us

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for our family - there was lots of space to be together inside and out. The pool got lots of use and the mature trees gave us much needed shade throughout the day. The concierge service helped us book a great chef (chef Luis), horseback riding & fishing. We also appreciated the “house mom”. She was lovely and helped make our stay extra special.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing experience. The house was just what we needed with 3 families. It was a close walk to the beach or a short ride on a golf cart to the beach club. The concierge service was THE BEST. They were responsive and very helpful. I can't wait to go back again!

Perfect place for our daughter’s wedding

We rented for 1 week for our daughter’s wedding. We had our best friends and adult children stay with us. The house was perfect and the location was within walking distance to beach and wedding venue. The pool was delightful. The very best part of our experience was Veronica who is the house mom. She made breakfast each morning and cleaned up.she went above and beyond the day of the wedding. Would stay again! Thank you so very much Diana and LPeter!

Casa Maravella

We loved our stay at this beautiful and clean residence. We spent 4 nights and enjoyed the pool, fun on the golf cart cruising through the beautiful grounds. The beach club, the surfing and the JW Marriott all great fun!!! The house staff was very efficient and helpful. Our family is looking forward to going back! We loved watching the monkeys in the trees from the backyard. Our Family keeps saying Best Trip Ever!!!!!!!

Wonderful Lodging Experience

Wonderful lodging experience, beautiful home with amenities and scenic views. I believe the property has limitless potential but needs updating of decorative elements. The pool and yard area are beautiful but mosquitoes and debris kept us from fully enjoying. The cleaning person was simply amazing. Great place to stay I would highly recommend!!!!

The house was awesome. We had a chef named Luis cook breakfast and dinners for us and it was amazing . We had a driver for the entire week named Herson who was more than a driver he took care of everything we did outside of property. Truly an amazing experience

Great vacation and great location!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house! We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool in the back at the end of a busy day. The property manager and owner were very responsive and helpful - they helped us book excursions, find an awesome local chef, bring in a excellent massage therapist - so their assistance was really helpful and helped make our vacation. The house was comfortable, located within a short walk to the beach. The location is really awesome! We enjoyed the beach club and other beaches in the Hacienda, we played golf there - it was really the perfect place to stay! We will definitely be back!

Perfect home for an amazing vacation!

This home was perfect for our family of 12, very spacious allowing us to each have our own space. The home was beautiful and well equiped with everything you need. Stayed 8 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The home owner and home manager Cyn were very helpful and accomodating. The 2 master suites are very large and stunning. We saw so much wildlife right outside our doors each day. Having the pool right in our backyard was a bonus! If you are looking to stay in this area of CR with a large group, you cannot go wrong with Casa Marabella! Pura Vida!

Wonderful week at Casa Marbella

We had another wonderful trip to Costa Rica! The house was spacious and slept all 9 of us quite comfortably. The 2 identical masters were great for our 2 families. Andres/Mari were very helpful before and during our stay with questions and setting us up with excursions, rental cars and golf carts. Hacienda Pinilla was quite spread out so you definitely need a car. We also enjoyed the golf cart to get to the beach club, jw and beach. We enjoyed the beach club, our favorite beach was Avenallas and loved both the La Leona waterfall tour and catamaran we rented. Would definitely be back.
