Thank you for staying with us. Our verification process is designed to confirm reservation details, approved guest count, visitor information, and other key stay requirements before check-in. These steps help protect the property, reduce unauthorized activity, support neighborhood compliance, and create a safer experience for both guests and hosts. We understand the process may feel more detailed than some bookings, but it is an important part of responsible property management. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future.

We appreciate that you found the property itself decent, but several comments require clarification. Our check-in and checkout times are standard operating hours designed to allow sufficient time for proper cleaning, inspection, and preparation between guests. Early check-in and late checkout are optional accommodations based on availability, not an attempt to “nickel and dime” guests. While we may not operate with an on-site individual host, our team remains available to assist guests throughout their stay and provide local guidance when requested. Regarding the pool concern, we take any cleanliness or pest-related issue seriously and review it promptly with our service team. We stand behind our management standards and do not believe the broader characterization of our hosting fairly reflects the service and property care we provide.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We apologize that the property did not meet your standards. We have a monthly pest control service to ensure the house remains pest-free. We understand that issues with maintenance visits, construction noise, and amenities should have been anticipated. We are committed to enhancing our services for a better guest experience and have carefully noted your comments. We sincerely appreciate your comments and we will definitely use these to improve our services and we hope to host you again in the future.

We look forward to the opportunity to host you again.

Thank you Hernan for choosing to stay with us!

We hope you enjoyed your stay Keisa. We look forward to hosting you again.
