Guests may request assistance coordinating an onsite chef, private dining experience, meal prep, brunch setup, or catering service. Chef and catering services are subject to availability, menu selection, group size, and advance notice.

Special Events & Gatherings
Any gathering, photo shoot, dinner, retreat, production use, or event-style activity must be disclosed and approved in advance. Additional fees, deposits, vendor requirements, parking coordination, cleaning fees, or staffing may apply.

Minimum Stay Requirement
The minimum stay is 3 nights. Any approved stay shorter than 3 nights will still be billed at the 3-night minimum.
