Recentemente rinnovato, lussuoso 2 camere, 2 bagni condominio - 1200 piedi quadrati con vista sull'oceano, spiaggia e piscina. Ascensore - top (6 °) piano (non vicini al piano di sopra). L'accesso alla spiaggia bella di fama mondiale di New Smyrna si trova appena fuori la piscina coperta. Situato a solo un miglio e mezzo a sud di Flagler Ave e il centro commerciale più famosa di New Smyrna tra cui decine di ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, e vivace intrattenimento serale. A pochi passi da Chase on the Beach, Breakers e il Tiki Bar.

Abbiamo recentemente ristrutturato il condominio ed è bellissimo con vista diretta impressionante sul mare e spiaggia. Tutti gli apparecchi sono più recenti e ci sono granito in cucina. NUOVO pavimenti in legno in entrambe le camere da letto! Passiamo il tempo lì quando non è affittato, quindi abbiamo teli da spiaggia, sedie a sdraio, più fresco, video, libri, giochi, ecc per farvi sentire più a casa. Abbiamo appena aggiornato la biancheria, bagno e biancheria da letto in entrambe le suite (tra cui fogli di conteggio 800 filo!) Nuovo letto pillow top re e abbiamo appena aggiunto un TV 38' a schermo piatto. La seconda camera ha 2 nuovi pillow top letti matrimoniali e un DVD / VCR / TV. Il sovradimensionato camera familiare dispone di un nuovo marchio di sezione, più un nuovo divano letto full size, DVD / VCR / TV e abbiamo aggiunto un TV 48' a schermo piatto. C'è anche WIFI gratuito presso il condominio spiaggia. Se avete bisogno di proteggere, internet ad alta velocità, che è disponibile per un ulteriore $ 20 (soggiorni mensili sarà più)

Il Pelican ha appena subito un lifting e non v'è nuovo lato paesaggistico strada e lato piscina!

We loved the condo we stayed in! Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and furniture, gorgeous bathroom....host was very helpful and attentive leading up to our stay...no problems while we were there. And the view was incredible.

Weekend stay to visit Embry Riddle University

Perfect ocean front condo. The property and the pool here are well kept and clean. We were sad to leave and would definitely return!

We loved it!

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and the pools. What a nice surprise to have a heated pool. The living space was great for our family. We will definitely come back for another vacation!

Fabulous unit in beautiful building

My first time using VRBO and it was such a breeze. The communication was great and the condo was beautiful and spotless. Memories are included in the price and can be kept forever….which is nice! Thank you and we cant wait to return.

Pelican visit

The auto lock system was super convenient. The host gave us terrific restaurant recommendations. Outstanding views of the Atlantic and pools from the deck. Good stay. This host is extremely organized and responds well. Thank you!

Wonderful location, beautiful views

No complaints other than the absence of paper products. So be prepared and bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Gas grills by the pool were a great perk.

We loved our stay at Cindy’s beautiful condo at The Pelican. We had wonderful ocean views being on the top floor of the complex-loved the high chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy my coffee in the morning. The condo was surprisingly spacious - so many units are that shoebox shape but this unit has a wider layout so the living area and kitchen feels more like a real home. The furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed watching March Madness from the sectional sofa—plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen had everything we needed and allowed us to cook the majority of nights rather than go out. Master bath is gorgeous. Loved having plenty of closet / storage space in that area. I wish this complex had restrooms on the ground level near the pool - so you didn’t have to go back to your unit to use the restroom during pool / beach time. Other than that this is an ideal vacation spot and we would definitely go again.

Amazing beach view from awesome condo

Communication leading up to vacation was amazing. All details provided. Checkin was seamless and it helps that there is a keyless entry w a code so you can go straight to condo! Amazing when you have kids!!! Views from the condo of the beach and pool are spectacular. Condo was very clean. Owner was efficient at communicating and answering text message questions when needed during our stay! Highly recommend.

Fantastic

Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. The set-up of the condo is fantastic. Guessing the architect that designed the development, started from the beach and work backward from there, making sure that unless you are in one of the bedrooms (in the back of the unit), the ocean is the feature. When you cook, the ocean is in your face. When you watch TV, the ocean is in your face. When you pour a drink, its while you are looking at the beach. From a logistical standpoint, the check in process could not have been easier and the owner (Cindy) was proactive and responsive. Thanks, Cindy!! We would stay here again, in a heartbeat.

Been coming to NSB for decades. This condo was perfect. Top floor view of the ocean. Updated and open for families to enjoy time together. Hope to come again soon.

Lovely condo in New Smyrna

The property and condo were well maintained. The elevators can be a bit unreliable, but the unit is between two, so it was never truly an issue. Cindy was always easy to reach whenever we had questions.

Amazing Oceanfront Stay

Beautiful condo with picture perfect views. Cindy’s home was well equipped, extremely clean and Cindy was delightful to interact with. The Pelican is perfect distance to all the restaurants in NSB while still being in a relaxing atmosphere. Great walking on the beach and in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

My family has been coming to New Smyrna Beach for years. As my children grew up, this as the place we would always visit. It is family friendly and a nice quaint little town. Our dream was always to own a condo here since we visit often - you will love it here!
