Beautiful clean well kept condo minutes from the beach access and property pool. Lori (host) made sure we got all the information we needed prior to checking in. The whole process was easy and we had a wonderful time on vacation! Definitely will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is clean and quite. Very accessible to everything.. the place was reasonable priced for the huge space. The house has a very functional kitchen which is very important to us.

We loved our time here! The condo was exactly like the pictures—clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We felt safe the whole time, there was plenty of parking, the pool was clean, and having laundry on site was super helpful.The beach is right across the street and wasn’t as crowded as Clearwater, which we really liked. The food nearby was so good—DJs Clam Shack, Villa Gallace, The Pink French Bakery, Monsta Lobsta, and Aloha To Go were all favorites.There’s also a golf place right next door where you can feed alligators, which was really cool. The host was kind, helpful, and easy to get ahold of. No complaints at all—we’d definitely come back!

Clean, nice location. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler a nice touch! We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. Communication/information for checkin was great! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place in a great location!

Great stay

We had a great stay here. The location is a short walk to the beach and pool. The place felt spacious for our family. The property manager was immediately response the onr time we reached out with a question. If we come back to area, we'd stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was perfect for pur beach vacation. We could walk out the front door, cross the street, and be in the sand in just a few steps! Lots of great eateries nearby if we didnt feel like cooking...but kitchen was well-equipped when we wanted to stay in!

My daughter and I planned a quick trip to Florida. This condo is in a great location right across the street from access to a gorgeous beach and close to good seafood choices. Parking was easy. The unit is dated but I think that’s reflected in the fairly reasonable price. And we weren’t planning on spending a lot of time indoors so didn’t need anything fancy. The beds were comfortable but a wider selection of pillows would be nice. There are indeed three beds but there aren’t really three bedROOMS because one lacks a closet and dresser. The place was surface-level clean but it could use a really thorough deep clean. The kitchen is well-equipped, although we didn’t cook so I can’t comment on those needs. We didn’t use any of the beach equipment (toys, chairs, umbrellas) but there’s a bunch of that kind of stuff in a closet. The complex was mostly quiet. Bring your own shampoo (wish the host had installed those shower pump bottles with body wash, shampoo, conditioner that so many rentals have these days). Overall, a good place for our short stay.

We appreciate your notes about the unit as well. The condo is older, and we keep the pricing reasonable to reflect that, but we’re actively working on updates. We’ve just finished renovating our two ground‑floor units, and this condo is next on our list as we continue improving the space for future guests. Your comments about the pillows, deep cleaning, and the bedroom setup are very helpful, and we’ll be reviewing each of those items with our team. And thank you for the suggestion about adding shower pump dispensers — that’s a great idea and something we’ll look into. We’re happy to hear the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well‑equipped, and that the beach gear and quiet complex added to your stay. Thank you again for choosing our place for your trip. Fantastic Beach Getaway.

My family of 4 plus 2 more (sister in law and nephew) enjoyed a comfortable and very nice week at this property. Everything is exactly as described. Amazing even with 6 adults were were very comfortable. Property is clean, comfortable, supplies for beach included. Pool is busy but that is to be expected. Excellent communication with hosts Mario and Lori. Beautiful grounds at this location and just steps away from the beach and good restaurants. We will definitely be return customers.

Wonderful Location - nice place!

This is a wonderful space - Very close to the beach! Our family had a super wonderful time in the pretty quiet area. Unfortunately, our space was somehow double booked on our first night by the property manager, which led to an awkward experience to open the door and find someone else was already there - so we had to stay in a much smaller condo for the first night, thankfully one was available. Overall would definitely recommend this space to any family looking for a quiet close to the beach condo. Small note - the kitchen is pretty small, so if you plan to cook there, just be prepared.

Sufficient

The condo was sufficient for our needs. Location was great, right across the street from the beach. For the price, it was nice to have 3 beds although one could have been more comfortable. We did find 2 cockroaches when we arrived and Tony sent an exterminator during our stay. It was inconvenient as our kids were napping but shows he is proactive. We won’t plan to stay again as it didn’t work overall for our family but still give it 4 stars.
