Each townhouse is rented separately, and the guests will have private access to the entire town including private entrance, private backyard with private pool, firepit, outdoor dining and lounge areas and free parking in driveway. Each townhouse has a private pool.

Free parking in driveway
Parking on the driveway for up to 4 small size cars and 2 standard parking spots in attached garage, guests will need to open the garage door from inside as a remote for the garage will not be provided.
Parking is not allowed on the street
Parking is not allowed on the grass or besides the house.
The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street,
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self-check in with a smart lock.
