However, we would like to clarify several points so that future guests can have an accurate understanding of the situation. First, regarding the bedrooms, the information about how many bedrooms are available based on the number of guests in the reservation is clearly stated in our listing. This was not a rule introduced after your arrival. We have also kept a screenshot of the listing showing this information. When you contacted us, we provided access to the fourth bedroom based on your explanation, and we did not prohibit you from using the other bedrooms in the way suggested in the review. Regarding the other concerns mentioned—including the stairs, cleanliness, air conditioning, noise, and alleged pests or rodents—we were unfortunately not contacted about these issues during your stay. Had we been informed, we would have had the opportunity to investigate and provide assistance or take appropriate action while you were still at the property. We have also never received a previous report from guests regarding rats or other pests in that area of the property. If you had notified us during your stay, we would have taken the concern seriously and arranged for it to be inspected. As for the street noise, music from nearby businesses, vehicles, and other activity in the neighborhood, these are external factors that are unfortunately outside of the host's direct control. We understand that this may have affected your comfort, but we were not given an opportunity during your stay to discuss possible solutions or assistance. We are also sorry that you felt uncomfortable because of incidents that occurred in the surrounding neighborhood. However, those incidents were outside the property and outside the host's control. The fact that an incident occurred within a certain radius of the property does not mean that it occurred at the home or was related to the property itself. We strive to make our listing as transparent as possible so guests can make an informed decision before booking. We also encourage guests to contact us promptly whenever they encounter an issue during their stay. We are always willing to investigate and help whenever we are given the opportunity to do so. We respect that every guest may have a different experience, but we also believe it is important that future guests have the full context and understand that several of the concerns mentioned in this review were never reported to us during the stay, which prevented us from having the opportunity to address them.
