We loved our stay! The condo was so comfortable and well appointed. We loved the selection of games, DVDs, and books. The location of the condo and views from the balcony were great! Rene was so nice and accommodating. We were especially thankful for her tips and recommendation guide. Can’t wait to come back!

This property is top-notch. The view is spectacular, the unit is well stocked and it is close to some very good restaurants. I would love to return to Regency Isle and will try to rent this same unit if it is available. Communication was great and it was as if Rene had thought of everything we may need and had it there to share, including beach items for all ages.

Our cleaners do a great job keeping things tidy and clean. It's a full time job keeping the sand at the beach and not in the unit. The location is great for local restaurants and bars. Glad you were happy with your rental.

This was the perfect set up for our young adult family of 5! All of the beds were comfortable, 3 bathrooms was a plus, the condo is so well stocked - and the ice machine an added bonus! We enjoyed the comfortable furniture on the balcony too. Great beach access, convenient parking, more quiet location with easy access to activities and great restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was everything advertised. We especially liked the bar area with the ice machine and blender. We had daiquiris on demand! There was plenty of room for our 6 adults and a toddler. And the host was responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay again!

Excellent vacation spot

This property was top notch! The decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, it was more than adequately stocked. The nearness to the beach was phenomenal! Would book this place again in a heart beat!

Great location for the perfect getaway!

This property was perfect for our family of 10! The weather was a bit cold but there was plenty to do in the condo! The swimming pool and hot tub were great, as well as the games in the condo!

2025 Family Vaca

We loved A Shore Thing! This was our 3rd time to OB, and this was by far our favorite condo. The location was great, close enough to things, but away from all the high traffic areas. The views were breathtaking. The condo was well stocked, we really enjoyed having the umbrellas and chairs for beach days.

Thank you Laura for your five star review. We agree the Orange Beach area is so nice and less crowded then Gulf Shores. The views from our balcony are outstanding and breathtaking at times. We like to add small things to our condo that will help our renters have a great stay. Chairs and Umbrellas are part of that as well.

Spring Break Trip

My friends and I made last minute plans to head to the beach for spring break, and this place was AMAZING! The booking process was easy, communication with owner was excellent, and everything we needed was in a reasonable walking distance! 10/10 recommend.

Great Condo!

We stay at Regency Isle every spring break and this has been our best condo yet! There are beach chairs, perfect since we flew in. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. A whole cabinet of games for the kids! We highly recommend this condo and hope to be back next year!:)

Lovely getaway

A spacious condo with beautiful views, 3 full bathrooms and very well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the closet with beach chairs as we forgot to pack ours. The property is just steps from the ocean with indoor & outdoor pools and hot tubs, grill area and green space. Many convenient restaurants nearby. We all loved it.

Regency Isle

Such a great property! We stayed in PH1107 and it was so convenient to the elevator and parking spot. 1107 had everything you need to cook meals including spices, oil, napkins, etc. each bedroom has its own bath. Lots of nice sitting space for party of 6 plus baby. Regency Isle is nicely maintained- will def stay there again!

Relaxing Family Getaway

Our family has been coming to the Orange Beach area for over a decade, and this is by far one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! The condo felt so comfortable, like coming home. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies and tools, and the furniture was clean, with lots of spaces for us to sit and talk, play cards, and watch movies. Beach chairs in the front closet were a convenient bonus! The location of this condo is perfect, with amenities and restaurants nearby, but the beach is not uncomfortably crowded. We would love to return here in future years!

Girls trip 2023

This place was perfect!! We have stayed in several units in Regency Isle but needed to have three bedrooms this time. It was exactly what we needed and Rene was so easy to work with. Kitchen was well stocked and the beach chairs provided were an added plus. Certainly saved a lot on not having to rent chairs. We will definitely be staying at this unit again.
